ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Alaina has been an AMAZING experience. She goes beyond above and beyond. I cant rave enough about what a refreshing experience it has been. Do yourself a favor and hire Alaina who lives, breaths, and eats real estate. I promise you will not be disappointed. Shes a true professional and I cant imagine there are many agents with the intellectual know-how and work ethic like hers. With a property with a lot of question marks, she contacted anyone and everyone to get the scoop and details keeping me aware of everything at all times.

ZillowVERIFIED Alaina Bruno is the best there is!! She is professional, helpful, and honest, but very personalable at the same time. She helped us purchase our dream home and was with us every step of the way, making sure she was very thorough and nothing was missed. Even though we received our clear to close earlier than expected, she stayed in touch in the coming weeks in the event that we needed anything. She was available night and day and always responded to our text or calls within minutes! Although this was our first purchase she set our minds at ease with how reliable and knowledgeable she was. ZillowVERIFIED Alaina is a major reason we were able to close on our home, and I couldnt thank her enough. Her knowledge, professionalism, and negotiating skills are only a few of the reasons I would use Alaina again in a heart beat. I always felt that we were her number one priority due to her always being reachable and responsive when needing to discuss any concerns, to process any new developments, or changes that needed to be made. Even after the closing, Alaina has been extremely helpful and was a dream to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Alaina for over 5 years helping both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. Through my role as settlement agent, and buyer's/seller's counsel, I have observed first hand the interaction between Alaina and her clients. Alaina is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive realtors I know. She keeps her clients fully informed of all aspects of buying and selling a home and her thoroughness certainly helps the closing process for all parties. Whenever I have a closing with Alaina, I can expect zero issues with the process. I know that all parties will come to the closing informed of all items needed to successfully close on a home. I have never had an issue at the closing table with any of the parties that Alaina has represented. I cannot speak highly enough of the detail that she observes from the signing of the purchase and sales agreement to the signing of the deed. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Alaina is the best of the best. She never drops the ball. She had my best interest at heart. I value any opinion or recommendation she may have. Anyone she recommends, as far as inspectors, lenders, attorneys, are also amazing. I have seen some horrible realtors and Alaina really is the best. I was very lucky she found me a home 3 years ago and just got my house sold super fast. I recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED In Novemberl of 2010 I set out to find and purchase a foreclosed home. I had made my first two appointments to look at homes on a Saturday and that took me to the Oakland Beach area of Warwick, RI. The agent showing me the first home never came having told me that she was getting over the flu so I looked around the neighborhood for about an hour while I waited for my appointment with Alaina. She arrived right on schedule and that impressed me greatly having dealt with one or two real estate agents in the past. Alaina was very knowledgeable about the properties being shown and on the conditions for sale.I did not find a home to buy on that day but Alaina was very helpful searching for other foreclosures on the market and sent me a number of possibilities. I chose to purchase the home that I own now, and that was when I discovered how good an agent Alaina was and how fortunate I had been to have her working for me. The company handling the sale of the house was very unresponsive but Alaina kept right on them every step of the way. She also negotiated a number of things during the sale that I would have had no idea about and by doing so Alaina saved me hundreds of dollars.Alaina was constantly in touch with me every step of the way as well by email and telephone so I was never in the dark about what was happening with the sale process. She also had no problems accomodating my schedule, which is not a normal 9-5, so that we could meet and sign the necessary papers during each step of the process which took close to two months. The personal touch is very important and Alaina has that in spades.I would recommend Alaina to anyone who is buying or selling a home. For a first time buyer who expected to be confused by the whole process, she made it easy to understand so that there was no confusion at all.

ZillowVERIFIED Alaina helped us to sell our house at a time when the market was not the strongest. She did an excellent job of marketing the house and held a number of open houses. Her recommendations about pricing the house correctly were spot on as the house sold for precisely what she felt it would. She was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend her to sell your house.
