I have been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years, including

construction, mortgage, and appraisal. I became an agent because I believe that it is

the best way to integrate all of my various skills, along with a passion for service. I

am also a Certified Residential Appraiser and my natural talents include ability to

analyze the different aspects of the industry, with special attention to value. This
