I would highly recommend listing your property, whether it's a rental or a property that's being sold, with them. Prior to the sale of the property, Al found renters who rented it for 9 years. After they vacated, Al again found renters to occupy the property while the house was on the market. This sale was complicated and complex. Al and Nicole were very supportive and helpful during the whole process. They always gave extra help and guidance when needed. At settlement, the new owners stated the house had been their dream home for quite some time, and their children were really excited about moving in. I would not hesitate to recommed Al Ferraguti as a listing agent to anyone selling their home.

This was a key factor in its quick sale as there are many of these types of units available once the summer home buying season kicks in. His use of social media and creation of a website specific for my property showed his determination in helping me move my property quickly. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided that with the new addition to our family we needed more space than our townhouse offered so we called Al to help us sell our home and find us a new one. Selling our home was a relatively easy process but when it came to buying it proved to be a bit more challenging. We started looking at bank foreclosures (we wanted a great deal) but soon found out that dealing with the banks can be a stressful process. After months of looking for a home, we finally found one that we loved. The process required more steps than a traditional sale but Al walked us through the process and made sure that not only were we getting a good deal, but he also calmed our nerves when dealing with the bank. He managed our expectations and got us to the closing table in a short amount of time (compared to other foreclosures we heard about).
