ZillowVERIFIED Aja Ann is a marketing Genius. 2022 began as a Sellers Market with mortgage rates hovering around 3%. By the time we were ready to sell in the Fall mortgage rates were well above 6% and climbing. It had become a Buyers Market. Aja recommended optical changes (painting, tree removal, etc.) to the house which took three weeks to do. When the house was ready, Aja's marketing Genius kicked in. We experienced massive digital visits to our home and over 50 physical visits on the first day of open house. We had four solid offers that first weekend. We went with the cash offer which also was the lowest offer (matched our asking price). BTW: Aja managed to accomplished this quick sale on Christmas Week. We closed in the middle of February and are living our retirement paradise in Massachusetts's South Shore.
