Anthony Wong isnt just a good realtor, hes the person you want if youre buying on the Oregon coast, especially for a short-term rental. He knows the coast and STRs inside and out: the different towns, micro-neighborhoods, rental laws, what actually books well and what to watch out for. That depth of knowledge is what helped us land the perfect beachfront place for our first STR. After gathering details about what we were looking for, he sent us multiple well thought out options and was honest about the pros and cons of each so we could make a smart decision, not just a fast one. He was also incredibly responsive. Whether it was texts, emails or calls, he was always quick to reply and willing to hop on the phone, even last minute and around our difficult schedules. We felt genuinely supported and taken care of all the way through from formulating the initial offer, to negotiations, to navigating the due diligence period and long closing process.
