I trust AJs competency and honesty because he helped me to buy my new home and sell my old home.When the building inspection for my new home revealed mold and roof damage, he got the seller to remove the mold and reduce the selling price. I did not ask him to do this, so it was a nice surprise when he told me the seller had agreed to a lower selling price.When selling my old home, he recommended a contractor to make some improvements, which resulted in the old home selling for more that it would have otherwise.I know that AJ will watch out for your interests because he watched out for mine.
