ReviewI highly recommend working with Cesar. One of the things I liked best about working with him was that he really seemed to have my best interests at heart. This man will be pulling out his phone light checking basement corners for any signs of mold or water and checking above every stove to see if theres a proper vent or not. He noticed many things on walk throughs that my parents and I may have just breezed right past and he makes sure to point out the things he notices, good or bad. They say never trust a sales person but idk, I think Cesars just in it for the love of the game at this point. I dragged this man to a LOT of houses and he never once rushed me. He was very insistent that we need to find the right fit for me and that I not go past the amount of money I was comfortable with. This was my first time buying a home so I had about 80,000 questions and he was always happy to talk through any questions or concerns. Hes a fun guy to work with as well. In these trying times you need a sense of humor or the home buying process will be miserable. All in all I would definitely recommend working with him.

Review Best Agent I have ever dealt with, hands down. Not only was he able to help us with our buy/sell, he got us hooked up with a better financing option, got over list price for our current residence, AND gave us the heads up on our current village's "regulations" on Real Estate Transfers (so we got ahead of the ball before we listed). Money can't buy that kind of knowledge. Having an awesome personality was just icing on the cake.

Review We had an appointment to see a house in Elmwood Park this morning at 11am. We scheduled with Emma Lopez. When we arrived, we called to tell her we arrived )on time). She answered and then hung up on us. We tried calling back, but she did not answer. We waited 30 minutes and she was a no call/no show. Our time is just as important than yours and it was extremely unprofessional to blow us off.

Review Scheduled an appointment to view a property. We showed up with our contractor, and we were unable to look this is not the first time he has done this to us first he couldnt get in so we rescheduled now no show no call we drove 30 minutes and wasted the morning and the contractors time as well. I definitely not recommend this so called real estate agent if thats even what he calls his self.

Review I asked for an appt before noon, this agent, Vanessa confirmed a showing for noon. I decided to just keep the appt and was sent a text to call if I need to cancel. Almost a week later I showed up 10mins before my appt and called the agent 5 mins before the appt to let her know I was there. She then sent me a text to say that she would call back. I waited 20mins then I left. She calls as I'm driving but I had to call back a min later, which then went to her voicemail. Once I was long gone from the house she calls again. I did not answer. Never once apologizing in a voicemail or text. Completely wasted my time. No regards. Then I spoke with a different agent who then told me I couldn't view that house because it was placed under contract 5 days ago. So many errors and completely wasted my time.

Review Jackie would seemingly drop everything if you had a house you were interested in seeing. She would always keep you up to date. And when you would ask for a price when negotiating she would somehow get it done with a snap of a finger. I guess you just has a way with her words, her negotiating skills were on point. Never had a problem getting in touch with her, she single-handedly made this usually tedious, dragging house buying experience an experience that I was beginning to truly enjoy. I loved her!!!.. no question.

Review I had the pleasure of having Sohe as my agent. I reached out to her just to poke around and see if I was even capable of purchasing a home. I was 25, good credit, barley started my career. I recently had an appt with Chase who had told me to wait two years to even be seen as a strong buyer. I, being impatient, reached out to Sohe for a second opinion & it was the best decision I ever made.With no hesitation, she quickly set up a meeting to meet with her and her team. Where they built my profile of likes and dislikes, budgeting, areas of interest, etc. She quickly started sending me links to potential places & we quickly started viewing places. Sohe most definitely showed determination and characteristics of someone who is dedicated to not just her job but to her clients and their feelings. She gave me the honest truths, she didnt try to just sell me a house but was passionate about finding me a new home. She cares for her clients. Reaching out to see how I felt about the entire process, making sure I had all questions answered, educating me on what to look for when buying a condo (inspect building, reserved fees, HOA, special assessments, etc) and always asking if I needed help in any way. She recommended a loan officer, inspector, and attorney to me (since I had no one). They were all wonderful! They all had genuine connections that made being apart of her team special- inspector guy even helped tighten all the loosened screws on the rails. Inspector told Sohe about condensation in fridge (fridge should not be turned off with closed doors) and Sohe immediately cleaned it. BROWNIE POINTS THERE! I had found my perfect home in the middle of the night & she immediately got me a showing the very next morning (I had to work but I sent my bf & brother to see it) and we made an instant offer, it was the perfect place. She then arranged for me to see the home later that evening after I got off of work at 8pm. Sohe willingly worked after hours and that made me appreciate her even more. If there was something she couldnt answer, she will direct you to someone who did. And they dragged, she will keep pushing till I was given my answer. And for that, I will be forever grateful. You will not regret working with Sohe, she thinks about you even after closing. She is the best! I will definitely be working with her again in the future!!
