ZillowVERIFIED Finding the perfect house is hard. Aimee really listened to what we wanted and helped us find our dream home. When moving into a new community the realtor is so important...Aimee was a lifesaver when negotiating and providing advice and recommendations after we moved. Highly recommend her to everyone that asks!

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee has been an amazing realtor to work with. I am so glad we found her, when we were looking at homes. She understands that buying a home is a big decision. She takes the time to answer all your questions- or find the answer if she doesnt know. She really listens to what youre looking for in a home, and helps you envision living in the homes you view. I recommend Aimee to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee is an extremely competent and thorough realtor. She was exactly the right person for us. We are a military family, currently stationed in CA. We needed a realtor who could help us prepare our home (that was unfortunately quite torn up from renters) for sale without us being around. Aimee was amazing. She quickly and efficiently went about arranging for cleanup, paint, carpet, plumbing, electric, and lawn care. She got bids for us, checked up on work as it was being done, and sent pictures so we could see the process. We always felt she was 100% in our corner and never worried that things might not be done to a quality standard because Aimee kept us in the loop at all times. She helped us to sell our house quickly, even though we put it on the market in a slow time of the year. I would highly recommend Aimee to anyone. She is fantastic.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Aimee was recommended to us by friends and they were right: she is great!! She was proactive and detail oriented with regards to our needs and educated us on specific qualities [or lack of] to pay attention to when visiting potential houses. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market in Manhattan and providers of related services. She worked as though she was searching for own house. I will certainly recommend her to folks search for a home to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee is amazing. She will treat you like family. Scratch that. BETTER than family. I am amazed at how patient, optimistic, and persevering she is. If it hadn't been for her I'd have given up long ago and still be looking for a place to rent instead of now living in my own home! She walked me through every step, fit her time into my schedule, answered texts very promptly and was always there around the clock 7 days a week! She was always on top of things but never the least bit pushy. I felt like she ginuenly cared about me and cared about finding the perfect home for my needs. Aimee is the way to go, especially if you are a newbie home shopper!Thank you so much Aimee!

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee is knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and does a great job as both a buyer agent as well as a seller agent. I highly recommend her to prospective buyers and sellers. She was my buyer agent in a house purchase last year and recently sold a house for me.

ZillowVERIFIED I would describe her as the most amazing realtor EVER. No joke. She went above and beyond. Not only during the process, but after as well. She is about building relationships and future business with people like myself. I feel comfortable knowing that when my husband and I move, we will be calling her to rent out my house. I don't even have to search for someone. I recommend her to EVERYONE.

ZillowVERIFIED Aimee went above and beyond while helping us sell a house in Wamego, Kansas. I have sold multiple houses in Nebraska and have not had a realtor so personal and professional while helping us. This is a very stressful thing to do while living out of town. Aimee took care of everything and had great contacts in the area to help us get needed repairs.I would recommend her for selling your house. If you want someone courteous, professional, and hard working, Aimee should be your choice!

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at several houses, none got me too excited. Then she found me one that was being built and was exactly what I wanted and more! She was extremely helpful and continues to help with anything I need. I had a pretty demanding time crunch to get a house and close and everything went perfectly smooth with zero complications. I have nothing but the highest praise for Aimee and her efforts for making my first and potentially last home purchase the best experience I could have possibly hoped for. If I ever have to buy another house I won't use anyone but her. I would recommend her to anyone buying a house. Even my bank who I loaned through was extremely satisfied and had nothing but praise for Aimee. Great experience for all those involved in this huge decision and process!!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from a house on the NJ shore to here. 3-4 times we traveled out here to find a home near our Grandchildren. Each time we arrived Aimee was ready with houses to show us! She would even point out the Negative features of a house because she Knew what We were looking for! She helped us with Closure here as we closed on the house in NJ. We'll be thrilled to invite her back once Customization has been completed!!!
