ZillowVERIFIED If you're in search of a realtor who goes the extra mile to ensure the successful sale of your home, Aileen Padilla is the clear choice. From our first interaction, Aileen demonstrated unparalleled dedication and professionalism, surpassing our expectations at every turn. Upon reaching out to her office, Aileen's responsiveness was immediate. She not only answered her phone promptly but also scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Upon arrival at our home, she exhibited thorough preparation, providing us with a comprehensive folder containing a detailed list of selling prices for comparable houses in our neighborhood, pertinent area statistics, and information on the potential selling price of our own property. While we had considered other realtors, our decision to work with Aileen was solidified during our meeting. Within a remarkable three days, our house was on the market, accompanied by two expertly organized open houses. The results were astounding, as we received over a dozen offers the following day. Aileen's strategic guidance helped us accept an offer that set the entire selling process in motion. What truly sets Aileen apart is her consistent communication throughout the entire process. Unlike other realtors, she made the effort to personally call us, creating a more personalized and attentive experience. Even when I sent her a text, she responded promptly, displaying a commitment to her clients that went above and beyond expectationsaEUR"even while on vacation. By the conclusion of the sale, it felt as though we had gained not just a realtor but a new friend. We are sincerely grateful for the exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and the additional efforts provided by Aileen and the entire RE/MAX Boutique Realty team. Choosing Aileen as our realtor was a decision that significantly enhanced our home-selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad I chose Aileen as my sellers agent. I loved her energy from the minute I walked in her office. She exudes confidence, and relieved me of my concerns. I felt I was in good hand, and I wasn't wrong at all. I'm so glad I listened to her, and put the house in the market asap instead of waiting for spring. Her experience made selling the house a smooth experience, and as stress free as possible. I would work with Aileen again, and recommend her to anyone selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long overdue. Back in 2007 Aileen Padilla helped me sell my first home in just the second showing getting 40% more than what I was expecting. Even though; I had dealt with many great Realtors over the years, I have to say Aileen commitment and dedication was unmatched. Nowadays, I buy and sell my own properties but if I need someone to help me buy or sell a property Aileen will be the one I would be calling.

He said Aileen did such a great job on the sale of his home and had no doubt she would do the same for us. When meeting Aileen for the first time we had no doubts about her either. She is so personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She handled everything with ease while keeping us at ease. Simply said...Aileen is amazing!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Aileen took over for a Realtor that just wasnt getting the job done. She instantly put together a sales and marketing campaign, attracting dozens of showings! The activity level was high.. In parallel, she also worked through a very complicated family situation with a difficult co-op board to please. When I gave up, she didnt and sold my property! I will definitely seek Aileens expertise for future property purchases and sales.

During the entire sale process, she helped us communicate with the bank, attorney, building, and seller in a highly efficient manner. As we are the first time home buyers, we really appreciate she spent a lot of time explaining all questions, following up all our requests, and paying attention to details. ZillowVERIFIED Incompetent and unprofessional agent! I contacted her initially to inquire about a property in the Bronx, she gave me some basic information about the property, but also seemed a bit negative. She kept mentioning how small the property was. In any regard I was interested in seeing it for myself. So, I provided all my information to her and we scheduled a time to see the property. She never followed through with me, so I called her the second time and she doesn't remember talking to me. I gave her the benefit of doubt and scheduled another appointment with her to see the property in question, she mentioned she would call me the morning of the day of the appointment. The day comes and I do not hear from her. On my third and final attempt to work with this agent and see the property, I informed her about my previous two attempts to see that property and asked her if she was serious about working with me, she said "yes" and mentioned how tough it was to get a showing of the property. We made the appointment for the third time and not surprisingly I did not hear from her.

ZillowVERIFIED Aileen Padilla was Incredible! I found her name on the internet as the "hot selling" broker for the Throgg's Neck area. True to her promise, Aileen found a qualified, vetted buyer within 1 week.
