ZillowVERIFIEDWe loved working with Aileen while looking for a rental home in Fort Lauderdale. She is extremely thorough and efficient. Aileen knows the area very well and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. She walked us through every step of the way from looking at properties, to lease negotiation, to move-in date. I would recommend Aileen to anyone looking for a great realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDI own several rental properties in Fort Lauderdale, but I live north of Orlando. Aileen has been very helpful finding tenants and handling the transactions online. I highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Aileen and the Waites Team. Aileen coordinated every aspect throughout the entire buying and selling process. From scheduling the open houses, to being present for all inspections and showings, Aileen provided us with top notch service. With her thorough research and professional expertise, she had our home under contract in a matter of days and worked seamlessly negotiating with other agents to make our new dream home a reality.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen you live in a different time zone, on the other side of the country, selling a home is not exactly easy or stress-free, but Aileen's constant communication and attention to detail put us at ease. She went above and beyond to let us know feedback from open houses and potential buyers. She sent us video and photos of the house, including before and after photos of the services we needed to complete prior to listing our house (pool cleaning, etc). She was a reliable point person for us to coordinate the arrival of repair and cleaning companies, and was attentive and easy to reach on day one all the way through to our closing. We knew she was doing everything possible to ensure a successful sale -- including having the photographer take an second round of photos of the home after our tenants moved out to make sure our listing was as accurate as possible. We can't thank her enough for her time and patience!
