He knows the pulse of real estate market.He understood our requirements so well right from day one, which helped us make the best decisions and narrow down our dream home. He hand held us at every step - from the offer till the closure. The communication with him has always been transparent and he made sure he was available for us on call and in-person when we needed him. He was as enthusiatic as we were during the course of our multiple home visits/shows. In the present days competitive sellers market, it is not easy for an offer to get picked up.
