I wanted to get close to DC was was looking in Silver Spring. Because he has a real understanding of the area and truly cared about my wishes, he found me a place in Rosslyn, VA on the West Bank of the Potomac, 5 minutes by Metro to Dupont Circle. We had to do some negotiation and he was totally effective with my need to get a better price or do some major upgrading of my future home. Throughout the entire process, Aiden never once tried to push me into doing anything I was uncomfortable with or move too quickly. I truly felt he had my interests at heart from the moment we first met all the way through closing and even beyond. He always treated me with respect, was very personable, and gave me honest advice and feedback on homes we went to see together rather than trying to sell me on properties that weren't a good value. This made this process feel much easier and more stress-free than I expected, and I was always confident that Aiden was helping me make the right decision rather than the quick one. From the beginning, Aiden went above and beyond for me. When I gave him a vague description of what kind of home I was looking for and why, Aiden almost immediately compiled a list of roughly 20 listings fitting my criteria and took me to go see the ones I was interested in. This initial immediacy of communication and feedback was a constant throughout the entire homebuying process. Oftentimes, I would forget that Aiden had other clients until he would mention them in passing, because he was always available with a quick response to a text or email I sent him, day or night, weekday or weekend.
