I was going to try and go without for our most recent home purchase but my wife decided she wanted to use one since we were switching states. Guys, I have never had a realtor like Agnes. She could walk into a home and tell the complete story on remodels and likely home issues. She knew the everything down to individual ordinances in individual towns. She knew where the gas company would accept new lines and where they had limited production. She has a repairman for every issue. She was arguing with city managers over what we would need to repair vs what was their responsibility. I still don't like using realtors, but Agnes seems more superhero then realtor and I would work with her every time
