ZillowVERIFIED Agi and the staff at Space Coast Realty went above and beyond normal expectations to list, show, and close on my property. Agi was able to adapt to the changing conditions due to the current pandemic and negotiate with the buyers to get the property under contract and closed during these difficult times and when sales began a down trend. There were many obstacles along the process, but with Agi's guidance and direction we were able navigate them and continue on the closing path. All of this process was performed by me remotely (I was never able to meet Agi personally), however using text, e-mail, phone calls, the CSS showing app, etc. Agi keep the communication path established during the entire process. It was a pleasure working with Agi and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell their property.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi handled the listing of our condo in a professional manner communicating with my husband and I frequently as to the showings. Her feedback included what the prospective buyers thought of the condo. We had three contracts on the unit with the first two failing to qualify for a mortgage. The third buyer closed on the unit just three weeks after going into contract. My husband and I credit Agi aEUR~s positive attitude, professionalism , and work ethic with moving the sale of the condo along seamlessly. She is an asset to the real estate profession.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi was responded within minutes of receiving my email about a local property. She was very kind and her answers were clear. As with all agents she said she would contact me if anything changes. What sets Agi apart from other agents? SHE ACTUALLY DID contact me back. I was very grateful to hear from her about a property thought to be closed. Her follow through was refreshing. I would recommend Agi if you're looking for someone who's going to follow through on what they say.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi Anderson assisted me with selling my rental property in Cocoa Beach, Florida, while I was living out of the country. After the tenants moved out, I was advised of a major plumbing problem and Agi took videos to communicate with me so I could see the problem in various stages and what needed to be done. In the end, she saved me a lot of money with her recommendation on how to sell as is, and make the property still marketable. She assisted with overseeing repairs, arranged for a pre-sale 4-point inspection, and coordinated clean up from Hurricane Irma. She regularly updated me with market changes to keep the price competitive and used video and social media to market my property. Agi, then successfully negotiated inspection issues. With all of this, I was still able to sell and close in ninety-three (93) days.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi helped me sell my house in rockledge and did an excellent job! She negotiated a contract with contingencies and when the buyer couldn't close we got another offer so the home would close quickly for asking price. Had initial offers within weeks and sold within a couple months. Highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi sold my rental house and separate vacant lot, both located in Merritt Island. She got me the best deal possible on both properties, more than I expect for sure. I am an absentee owner, and the Showcase Properties folks worked with Agi to fix issues and keep the house appealing while it was empty. This was a tremendous help for me. Agi was very creative in preparing advertising and knew just how to motivate potential buyers to see potential in making my property into their personal dream. I finally met her at the second closing. What a wonderful agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi stepped in as a second realtor / broker for me during a stressful situation. She helped me navigate and negotiate a fair price for a home I was selling. Although this house was on the market four months, Agi sold it within weeks of taking over. Agi kept me informed every step of the way via email, text and phone. Agi has many years of experience helping clients buy and sell. She is particularly savvy using current technology to market property. I am grateful to her for stepping in when she did and for her kindness along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Agi represented me in the purchase of an older home which needed to be brought up to present day codes. This involved electrical work, plumbing issues and replacement of flooring because of a leak from a worn out dishwasher. Agi did a wonderful job negotiating a fair price, as well as money for necessary repairs to bring the house up to what is now code. This lady definitely knows her business and does what is best for her clients.
