ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best service you will ever get. I'm a military veteran and the VA can be tricky. Vince is an absolute machine and will answer any question, any phone call, any problem you have with a smile on his face. He truly made my wife and I feel like we had a brother or uncle trying to watch out for us. We had a water test fail and a few other issues before buying and never once did it rattle him. As we came from out of AZ we didnt know anybody here, my husband was living in AZ as I was still living in NJ So we just found him on Zillow and we liked him right away, he was punctual , patient and would take time to show us every detail of the houses . I thought it would take us about 3 months to find a house bc I wasnt in Az full time and also this crazy market . But believe it or not we found our Dream Home in 3 days , we couldnt believe it . ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Vince due to a referral from a friend. I was relocating from Illinois and so we were in contact via phone. We discussed my wants and dont wants at length. I flew out for a weekend and he had many properties for me to tour. This was at the height of the hot Arizona housing market. We toured all of the propertiesaEUR|he was familiar with all of the areas we visited and was able to tell me all about them. By the end of the weekend he negotiated the price I wanted and I had a contract. He even helped find a few people to do some work that I wanted done on the house.
