ZillowVERIFIEDAgata initially displayed promptness as per my post-closing review, however she was also fully willing to scream and curse during disagreements, verbally abuse and berate individuals involved in said deal, and create a scene in public. I witnessed said scene while driving by, thankfully I knew the owners of the house and was able to more properly review how their ordeal went. I would not recommend working with this person if you desire promptness, communication, and to close on the proper day of closing rather than some days later. I feel horrible for what she put my neighbors through, and there should be some sort of legal recourse for her actions.

When I contacted her I expected to get $185,000 for my place She talked me into what I thought was a high asking price of $200. Explain everything in a very easy way so you could easily understand the whole process of buying a house. She has been very patient and helpful. We spent hours together and see a lot of houses before we found the perfect one ,but it was always a fun time. I felt that Aggie really cares about getting us the right home rather making the sale. ZillowVERIFIED Agata Kowalczyk aka "Aggie Kowalczyk" is the best! We were first time homebuyers and were not familiar with lot of things. She guided us through the entire process. She went WAY above what any relator would do for you. We purchased a Short Sale home in October 2014 with her. A short sale can be very hard to deal with for first time homebuyer, as there are many pitfalls, however having the kind of realtor who understands the process and is able to help and explain "why and what for" in end is very crucial. ZillowVERIFIED My Fiance and I just purchased our first home and Agata "Aggie" Kowalczyk of ReMax, Wallington was our Realator. As expected Aggie played a key role in our 1st home buying experience and we litterally would not have our house without her recommendations. Becasue she is good at what she does, and does this full-time with an assistant to help with her scheduling, her buisness is always on the go but due to the amount of attention she gave to us as her buyer's I always felt like we were her main priority. Aggie is honest, knows her stuff inside and out and will admit when she doesn't, to the point and aggressive when it is needed in the aggressive real estate industry. She was very accomidating to my Fiance's and mine complicated schedules. Since she is good at what she does - she isn't money hungry, making it her main concern to get you into the perfect home for your needs. We also used most of Aggies recomindations for our inspections, financing, etc. and we equally as pleased with their services!P.S. we purchased a 2-family home and Aggie is also just as commited to listing and showing our rental and jugding from our home buying expereince we have full faith that she can get our apartment rented ASAP.

ZillowVERIFIED She is the best!!! She works very hard for her money. We've known Aggie for about 2 years now and that's how long she worked for her $$$.... I hope it did pay off.... She was always on the lookout for a place for us that would meet the longest list of things it had to have. I told my hubby straight from the beginning that there's no such house in Fair Lawn... but hey-she found it! And after we saw it she advised us to offer even lower than we've intended and they did accept! She would go back and forth with the seller on what they have to pay in addition to their costs-termite treatment, etc. She 'fought like a bull' for us. I will always have positive memories of her! She's always a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and helpful! She's not in it for the money only like most agents! She will guide you and advise you as if it was her buying the house for her own family! I am speaking from experience. Aggie was available for me whenever I wanted to a place, often taking me to 2 or 3 others as well. Over time she began to know what I liked and eventually brought me to the place I now call home. Originally, the rent for the apartment was more than I was willing to pay, but she successfully helped me negotiate a lower rate.
