She was a master at scheduling all of the appointments while we were in town and providing input on neighborhoods, expertise on a schools and anything related to NC real estate law with which we were unfamiliar. She was able to help us immediately schedule inspections (and avoided purchasing a home that had the potential to cost us way more than the asking price due to unseen issues!) so that we could feel comfortable with our purchase. When it came time to list, she was so unselfish with her time and even held multiple open houses on the same weekend to ensure we got the visibility from prospective buyers (there was some AWFUL weather the weekend we listed, so she wanted to make sure buyers had multiple chances to see the property). In a short amount of time it was easy to see why our friend recommended her.Adrienne is delightful to work with and helped us to navigate a real estate market in Charlotte that we were not very familiar with. Shopping for a home during COVID-19 would normally be challenging, however Adrienne helped us to tour several homes via video conference. Her video tour methods are so good that she should start a YouTube channel on how to show property through video tours.Adrienne also helped us work with the seller to negotiate some repairs to the home during the due diligence period. She has a great network of contractors and professionals that identified issues that we may not have been able to find. By doing so, we were in a position to provide a punch list to the sellers and show them some of the costs that were associated with the repairs.If you are looking for a real estate professional to work with in Charlotte, look no further!
