To have Adrienne as my realtor for both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home was a blessing. Her excellent marketing skills resulted in me getting almost 10% above comparable sales in the neighborhood. She listed the house on the ML on Friday, held an open house Saturday and Sunday, had two competing offers on Monday and I accepted an offer Wednesday. At the same time, she was managing my offers on the new home. She then was able to get the sale to close on Friday and the purchase to close the next day. Since then, she has been available to offer recommendations for all types of remodeling/maintenance services that I have needed. I would have Adrienne manage any future real estate work I may need and would highly recommend her to anyone needing realtor services.
