ZillowVERIFIEDAs one of Adrienne's clients in 2024, I can now also say that I'm still benefiting from being one of her clients. Although my closing was in July of 2024, I recently reached out to Adrienne for some contacts and advice for selling a property with special circumstances and outside of her serving area. Adrienne's timely response along with very specific details for resolving my problem has benefited me beyond expectations. That's a specialty service from a trusted realtor. I'll be forever grateful. Thanks Adrienne!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne was amazing to work with! She was so attentive and flexible from the start of our home buying process. We ultimately settled on a home under construction. She helped us throughout the whole process - attended walkthroughs, communicated/followed up on our changes and gave us great advice! I would highly recommend working with Adrienne- she is a GEM!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne Mickels is an excellent realtor. Her many years of experience really showed. She told us exactly what we needed to do and not do to sell our house. We followed her guidance and Adrienne sold our house for way above asking price. She was very responsive. Any time we had a question we answered it promptly. She was always friendly, professional, efficient and had excellent follow up. When we ran into a few issues she handled them quickly or referred us to her resources to handled. She made the process way less stressful than it could have been. Adrienne is smart, knows her stuff and gets it done! We are grateful for her service.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne is an absolute professional. She knows the business. She is honest, always prepared and, not afraid to lend her opinion when asked. That is extremely important. I was selling two houses and buying another when I was working with Adrienne. Lots of pressure for an intense and high strung guy like me. Although, Adrienne was only handling one of the properties, she helped me navigate a situation where I was about to make a mistake. Adrienne walked me through the contract and was able to provide me with the correct response on what I was required to do on a date change, saving me around $10K. She did it even through she was not receiving a dime. Adrienne is a SUPERSTAR. She is always a professional. I have recommended Adrienne to anyone that asked or was thinking about selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne was great to work. Being that we were looking to purchase a property in NC and we were out of state in IL, she made the process very seamless and was very easy to work with given the fact we were 1,000 miles apart. Always prompt and available whenever we need to talk about properties.

ZillowVERIFIED I just recently bought my FIRST HOME with Adrienne's help! She was so awesome! When we first started the home search I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was patient with me through everything and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. She was professional and helpful and she even keeps up with how things are going now that I am doing some home renovations. She knows the area well and her negotiation skills are on point! I LOVED working with her and will work with her again on my next home! She went above and beyond and gave me 110%! Will recommend her to everyone I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne has been fantastic in the process from start to finish. She was very attentive to the details of what we liked / did not like in the houses we viewed, and continually refined the searches to help us find the perfect house. We could not have asked for anything more from an agent, and she would be a pleasure for anyone to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I called Adrienne at 5pm on a Monday evening and discussed the parameters for the home that I wanted. The next day at 8am she had a list ready to go and I ended up buying one of the homes that she presented me with. Needless to, the amount of professionalism that she exhibited is unmatchable. She was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not say enough good things about our experience working with Adrienne Mickels. She went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect home. We moved from Manhattan with very little knowledge about the neighborhoods, school systems, and housing market. She really took her time educating us and helping us in making the best choice for our family. She has also been a wealth of knowledge to us being first time home owners and has given us many subcontractor referrals to help us update some areas of our home. With Brokers, the relationship usually ends once the sale is made, but we have remained in contact and she has become a great support to us newcomers in Raleigh. You will not be disappointed with her work ethic and professionalism. We could not have asked for a better home buying experience!

ZillowVERIFIED This has been, without a doubt, the best experience we could have asked for! This was our first time buying a home, and we were so lost. We were recommended to Adrienne, and I am so glad we were. She made sure she knew what we wanted and what we didnt want. She would help us go through our favorites before viewing them, and made sure we knew which ones might not be what we are looking for. She taught us what to look for, so we didnt waste our time on homes that needed major work. She walked us through the houses, and helped point out things we might have missed. In the end, she helped us find our perfect dream home. She wasnt done there though. She helped keep us on track with everything we needed. She helped keep the sellers on track so that everything would run smoothly. And if anything did pop up, she took care of it immediately. We were under a lot of stress with trying to get everything ready for the move, and she made our lives so much easier. We couldnt have done this without her. If we ever do move again, it will be with her help!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne sold my Dad's house a few years ago and the family was very pleased with the outcome, so when we decided to come back to NC after retirement, we contacted her. She worked closely with us to narrow down and define where we wanted to live and the lifestyle we wanted to maintain. She was patient and very helpful, as it took a couple of months for us to make the decision about what we wanted in our "forever" home. Retiring and relocating can be very stressful and she took it right in stride. We are now in the home of our dreams, for a price we are happy with, and Adrienne and Carmen played a critical role in helping us get here. We have experience working with Adrienne as both a seller's agent and a buyer's agent and we highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness.

ZillowVERIFIED We don't have enough words to describe how positive our experience was with Adrienne. She was incredibly flexible with our schedule and our search changes. She went above and beyond to answer questions and give us the necessary information to help us make a decision that made us feel confident and very happy. She researched issues we had concerns about and even reached out to friends in the area of our new home to get more facts. We had a family emergency 2 weeks prior to closing and Adrienne was not only empathetic and supportive, but her help was definitive in obtaining the necessary legal paperwork so we could quickly move up our closing. We are so very grateful and pleased with our whole experience!! We recommend her 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED The entire Integrity Realty Team is fabulous!! Kim worked with me to list my home. I felt confident with her knowledge and research that my listing was in great hands. Kim kept me well informed of all activity on my listing and made sure I understood each step in the process. She made selling my home such a smooth process. Adrienne walked me through the purchase of my new home every step of the way, from searching and finding the perfect home that met my needs to closing and moving. She was informative, reassuring, and responsive. From beginning to end, the entire team, Kim, Adrienne and Carmen, worked to ensure my needs were met. I felt I was well informed during the sale and purchase process. The entire team was so responsive to any need or question I had no matter how big or small. ZillowVERIFIED I have used numerous realtors on other properties. Adrienne was without question the most responsive realtor I've ever dealt with. I asked for information regarding comps and five minutes later I got it. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very helpful with providing contractors for possible work. Additionally she was able to obtain estimates on necessary repairs, and are hell me to assess what the estimates should be.

ZillowVERIFIED She had our house pre-appraised, a strategy on listing date and showing opportunities, staged it a bit in person and virtually. She was spot on with recommended updates an inspector might catch. This house went under contract in a day and closed in a month. I felt like we got top dollar, and Adrienne was very responsive!

I was thinking about how great she was after subsequent real estate transaction and just recommended her to a friend in my old neighborhood. Adrienne was responsive which is so key to real estate. She was courteous, always professional, and knew what she was doing. She got us more money then we expected and helped us work through all the repairs and inspection process. Great realtor and we will use her again if we move back to the Raleigh area.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne was very professional starting day one, scheduling the initial conversation to determine the property my wife and I were looking to purchase. Once approved, she reviewed the loan amount, discussed budgets and began screening properties. Adrienne was very responsive upon requests to see certain properties or answer general real estate questions with no more than 1 hour to respond via text, emails and or voice mails. Adrienne is very knowledgable regarding investments, especially which properties will provide the highest ROI. Once negotiations took place, Adrienne professionally would advise of certain actions to or not to take regarding offers and contract tweaks. Would highly recommend Adrienne to any individual looking for a primary residence and certainly an investment property.
