Adrienne was the perfect realtor for us when we were looking for a rental property in Greensburg Kentucky. She was very helpful and quick to answer all of our questions about the property, location, and other important items. She was also very quick to show us new properties that had just come onto the market. She is knowledgable in the local area and is helpful when wanting to know about market trends and outlooks. Her responsiveness to all of our questions really helped us feel more comfortable in looking for our first rental property, which at times felt a bit intimidating.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I purchased a property in Campbellsville, but I live outside of Kentucky. As a out-of-stater and first time home buyer, I was lucky to have Adrienne Gilbert to walk me through the entire process, from visiting properties, putting a contract on a house, finding a great inpection team, negotiating with the seller for needed repairs, and closing. After closing, she has also been a valuable resource for competent contractors to complete any repairs the house needed. I am very grateful to Adrienne Gilbert for making this whole process go smoothly.

There is no better Realtor than Adrienne Gilbert!! She took a new and scary process and made it so much easier. She walked us through every step, had contacts for everything that needed to be done (contractors, inspectors, etc), and was on-site for every inspection and every appointment. And she continues to be there for us AFTER the sale. She truly worked FOR us every step of the way. If you are looking for a Realtor, do yourself a favor and contact Adrienne. You won't regret it!

Adrienne was extremely helpful and efficient with helping us with the process of buying our first home. Not only did she answer any question we had along the way, she equipped us with questions to consider when buying so that we felt comfortable and knowledgeable in our decision making.

Adrienne was very professional and genuine when I worked with her to sell my mothers house. She was always available when I called and knowledgeable. It sold the second day on the market!

Adrienne was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We were selling a house in Indiana and buying a house in Central Kentucky and had some "surprises" pop up along the way. Adrienne was professional, poised, calm and helped us through each hiccup. She answered every question we had, responded to ALL my texts and emails and was super communicative. She remained calm, (calmed me down when I got a little stressed out too!) got answers to my questions timely( if she didn't know the answer she got advice to make sure we were told correct info) and was very respectful to not only us, but the sellers, the listing agent and our mortgage loan officer. In this crazy market we had some trouble getting an agency to respond to our request for a realtor to help us, but Adrienne JUMPED on the opportunity and answered my request within mins! I have TONS of confidence in Adrienne and am so glad she was in our corner on our house buying journey! Thanks for being SOOOOOO great Adrienne, we really do appreciate you more than you know!
