She video'd homes we were considering, provided price opinion, and wrote offers quickly. She visited the home our offer was accepted on several times to verify it was in the same condition. She went the extra mile after a hard rain visiting the home inspecting for any rain damage.I highly recommend Adrienne if you're purchasing a home long-distance. ZillowVERIFIED Adrienne is an extremely knowledgeable agent that knows the ins and outs of the El Paso market. She is also outstanding in marketing the property with good pictures and description. In saying that, her services may not be for everyone. She does 95% of communication through text message and emails. Her Emails are usually, "Please sign form XYZ". For clients like ourselves, we do not like to sign paperwork without understanding them. Since we do not know realtor lingo we had to get explanation on each line of contract. (Also done through text) Our biggest issue was that she left town without telling us on the week of closing. Her coworker called two days prior to the agreed upon day for final walk through to tell us that it needed to be sooner. (Making it the next day) Closing was also pulled a day earlier and we arrived at the title company with no agent representation. Even though this is not necessary, we were asked by the title company to sign paperwork when they did not have our pay-off amount. We feel that the agent should be there to advocate in cases such as this. She may be a superb agent if you are trying to find a house remotely.

I panicked (several times) during the course of our transaction and this young lady took the time (every time) to explain things to me ( again and again) with patience and reassurance. She even called me while away on her family weekend getaway trip after she read my email intended to be read on Monday.
