ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Adriel around the end of May this year. At that time I was just looking around and wanted to get an idea of what was on the market. Once my home in California went on the market In June, I started working with Adriel much more. The only downside for me was that I was still in California but my sister lived in Arizona and since she was very aware of the type of home I wanted, I trusted her to help with my home search and Adriel did not mind at all taking her to look at potential homes and keeping us informed with new homes on the market. Adriel and my sister looked at several homes together. My husband and I drove out to Az and Adriel took us out for the entire day looking at many more. When our home came on market, Adriel took the first look at the home on a Thursday and confirmed that this was the one! I drove from California to Arizona that Friday to see the home along with Adriel and fell in love with it. That Saturday an offer was made. Adriel represented us so professionally. From the inspection, request for repairs, final walk through and he was present and there for us when we signed docs at closing. This was my families 4th home purchase and the best experience by far. No realtor I have ever worked with has made sure our needs were taken care of in the way Adriel did. From understanding the type of home I wanted for our family in the beginning to making sure we were completely happy at the end. I can truly say, loves what he does and is amazing to work with. We have family looking at making the transition to Arizona in the upcoming months and I plan on keeping our now good friend Adriel very busy.

ZillowVERIFIED The lease on my rental was ending in 2 months and I wasn't about to sign up for another year. I talked to Adriel over the phone and provided him with the requirements that I have for my new home. That weekend he took me to a wide variety of houses that fit my loose criteria - Single story, spacious backyard, garage, limited to no carpet, move in ready, within budget, and close to work (I had to make a sacrifice on the HOA fee, but it wasn't the end of the world for me as so many other things were checked off my list). For every single house that we visited, Adriel provided me the documentation on the house with all the little details and helped to answer any of the questions that I had about each house along the way (really useful for people like me who have never purchased a home and weren't 100% sure what they were doing). Adriel was honest with me about each house and tried to point out any and everything to me that could be of concern - whether it be something that appears to be water damage on the roof, the noise from the traffic nearby, the safety of the neighborhood, the quality and condition of the existing appliances, remodeling was done correctly or where they cut corners, the potential associated costs with all of that, ect. He learned what I liked and what I didn't like and took that into account when looking for future properties. A couple houses that I wanted to go view were already under contract negotiations the very same day that they hit the market. Adriel setup an email alert for me so I would be notified of any house that came up in my key neighborhoods and matched my criteria. Needless to say, we got in on the next one and I really appreciate that because I was getting slightly discouraged as the time for me to move out crept closer. He helped me every step of the way from the mortgage and loan documents to when I was signing my closing papers. If I ever have any questions for him, it was never to late to send him a text and he would always try to get back as quickly as possible. I would send him an email with a couple homes I wanted to view after midnight and I would wake up to find that he would already have things addressed in the morning. A real professional and a great guy to talk hoops with. I couldn't recommend him enough.

When i had a list of 5 i would call Adriel and he always made time for me and my family. If i had any questions he nornally answered the phone but if i had to leave a message he was VERY prompt on calling me back! Atfer i meet him, i knew he was the house guy for me. I felt no presure, he was a great guy to get along with and always there for us when we needed to look again.
