ZillowVERIFIED A really, really bad landlord put us in a situation where we came to the decision to buy a home a little earlier than we expected in our lives. A referral we were given, who ended up not being available (a super nice guy who moved out of California) referred us in turn to Adriana. Long story short, after checking out about 3 or 4 interesting houses and being outbid on one, Adriana found us a way better DEAL, and it was off-market to boot - so it was ours with no competition! She was always available and replied quickly, and was great to work with - shes easy-going and is not one of those greasy salesperson types, who might talk a good game but cant deliver. Adriana also referred us to a broker who got us a much better deal on insurance, which the title company couldnt even come close to matching. Pretty amazing considering all this happened during the first month of the covid-quarantine sh*t show. We highly recommend her!

When I clicked on the contact button in the ad she called me right away. Turned out she lived in the same building as the condo I was interested in so she knew everyone associated with the purchase already; obviously an advantage. Working with Adriana was a great experience from the get-go. She is very positive and upbeat. She is assertive and kept appropriate pressure on the seller at all times helping expedite getting issues resolved. Her communications skills are excellent and she always returned phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Her overall knowledge of real estate transactions was excellent. I felt very comfortable working with Adriana and felt she listened to me and always had my back.I have bought and sold six homes over the years and have had generally mediocre to extremely poor experiences with real estate agents. However, I would definitely use Adriana again even if it was a transaction out of her normal working geography - that is how much I value her expertise and abilities.
