In short, Adriana Hawkins was a godsend. I was a very anxious first-time buyer with a limited budget and a timeline. The thing I appreciated most with Adriana was her patience and knowledge of the business. She was an excellent help finding available properties and scheduling the showings that fit my schedule. As a first time buyer I was a bit ignorant about what this entailed but Adriana was extremely helpful answering all my questions. She made herself constantly available even though I saw a LOT of homes. She had good advise about the properties and what things are more or less important when deciding whether to purchase or not. I would highly recommend Adriana to any first time home buyer. Shes great and you will learn a lot from her!

After 9 months of frustration with a different realtor, constantly asking me to lower my price, and yet never getting an offer, I received a postcard in the mail. This postcard was from a realtor named Adriana Hawkins. I called her and she responded to my needs immediately. After taking pictures and a video of the house, she listed it through the social media, newspaper ads, and mailing 1000 post cards out with picture of the house, location and her phone number. Within 9 days, she had 48 + showings and two offers. I actually closed on that house 38 days later. Adriana is ambitious, talented, knowledgeable, and personable. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone who is seriously looking to sell (or buy) property.

Adriana is terrific. I gave her the challenge of helping my special needs brother-in-law find a new place to live. There were a number of complicating factors, but Adriana found an excellent solution and fairly quickly. But, by far, the best part is just working with her. She is fun, lively and charismatic. Simply a job to be around. I know a lot of realtors, but none who are so sincere, empathetic, and charismatic.In a way, I am almost sorry we found a spot so quickly as I miss working with her and just talking to her regularly.Buying, selling or renting can be stressful and frustrating. Adriana takes most of that out of it, and she makes the process fun!!She is A #1 in my book. Very highly recommended.
