ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Young first toured homes with us on a Saturday, six of them in a row! It made for a long day and he was very patient and up-beat. Though none of those homes were right, he persevered and video-toured a few when we couldn't make it in person. Once our choice home was under contract, communication was quick, attentive, open and honest through every step. He was present from the inspection through closing, and even helped find local service/contractors weeks later. Whole-heartedly recommended Mr. Young!

ZillowVERIFIED Stevens Young is one of if not the best Realtors in Central Pa. His communication, professionalism and passion for helping his clients is outstanding! After having many bad experiences with 3 other local realtors Stevens service was like night and day comparing the others. Stevens saved me thousands of dollars catching errors with the lender and negotiations when making an offer. I would recommend Stevens Young to anyone I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Start to finish Adrian was professional, involved and available with every situation that arose in selling our dad's home after he died last September. My siblings and myself highly recommend the Adrian Young Group for your real estate requirements in Lancaster or York county. Adrian and Stevens are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Adrian Young to anyone looking for an Excellent Realtor. He was outstanding in every area, especially (very impressive, very knowledgeable, responsiveness and expertise). He will stay in contact with you from start to finish. I live in New Castle DE and the house I was selling was in Lancaster PA. I only came to PA to do security checks on the house, he handled everything else to make sure my house was sold in a timely and professional manner. If you know anyone who needs an Excellent Realtor please contact Adrian Young.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Adrian to anyone. Not only was he knowledgeable and responsive whether he was here or on vacation but also gave us negotiating advice while allowing us to feel like we had complete control. Never felt pressured to do anything. Great first time home buyer agent.... We closed in less than 4 weeks! Thanks Adrian!

ZillowVERIFIED Stevens made the task of selling my house an experience much less stressful than I ever anticipated it being...He promptly answered my many questions in regards to every aspect of my sale and walked me through every step of this process. If I were ever in the market to buy or sell another house in Pennsylvania his number is the first one I would call without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer, so I was clueless! Adrian Young was wonderful! He got me showings to look at whenever I wanted and was able to provide me with all the information. He also helped find homes with the specifications that I wanted. When I found my home he worked hard that night to help me put in an offer. He made sure I got that house! Adrian made signing the documents very easy and always replied to my questions within an hour. From the inspection, to the walk through, to the closing Adrian made this a fun and calming experience. He even had a service reach out to me to set up all my utilities for FREE!! I had nothing to worry about. He has also followed up with me since buying the home. I cannot express my sincere gratitude enough for Adrian. If you are looking to buy/rent or sell a house call Adrian. He is a fantastic realtor and will make buying your dream home a reality!

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was the exact type of realtor I was looking for as a first time home buyer. He eased any questions I had by providing me with quick answers. He was honest when I asked his opinion and he communicated with me frequently which was important to me. I know my budget wasn't high but I still wanted to feel just as important as any other client, Adrian accomplished that. I would most definitely refer Adrian to my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED It was truly a pleasure working with Adrian. We were very lucky to have him while purchasing our first home. During the process, as first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and Adrian had a ton of answers! He was very patient with us. He listened to what we wanted and showed us many homes that hit our "wishlist" before we found our new home. Adrian always had time for us and helped us make an informed decision when we finally decided to pull the trigger. I highly recommend Adrian, whether you are buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED My sister recommended Adrian to me after he helped her buy a house and it was definitely a great recommendation. Adrian has helped me through the entire process. As a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions and Adrian has always been a call, email or text away to provide answers and insight. The lender he recommended me for me has been equally great, and they both worked very well together to make sure everything I needed was squared away. I will definitely refer my friends and family to him if they are looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Adrian was extremely helpful in assisting us in our move from TN. He knew the marketplace as well as the local customs, school systems, culture and other topics that made the move easy. An added bonus was that he steered us to local home improvement companies as well as plumbing, HVAC, and other contractors.
