As first time home buyers, we didn't really know what we wanted in a home; we had huge "want" lists and wanted to look at MANY houses almost every single day. Despite our craziness and lack of knowledge about the home buying market, Adrian helped us get our feet wet by going to look at houses whenever and wherever we wanted to. If we would send him 4-5 addresses of homes we wanted to look at, he would quickly contact the sellers and set up a time for us to go view each home. He also was great about running numbers on each house we were interested in, giving us a better idea of what houses were selling for, how much the sellers were selling per square footage, etc. Needless to say, he made our experience SO much easier than I expected and made it as stress-free as possible.
