ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Adrian went smooth and faster than me and my wife expected. With two months left in our apartment lease we decided to use my VA loan to purchase our first home. We knew it was a long shot especially in a competitive market, however, Adrian came through gave us good insight on the neighborhood and once we decided what home we saw ourselves living in he got the sellers to take our deal and we managed to close on the house 3 weeks before our leases end date. He was quick with his responses and always kept us informed my wife and I were at ease the whole time knowing we were in good hands.
