Adrian J. Dedering

Born in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee and raised in Louisville, Colorado. When I was a child both of my parents passed away which left a void that was soon filled by my grandparents Joseph and Mary. Joseph was a blue collar, hardworking Midwesterner that specialized in woodworking, contracting and for many years was a city Building Inspector. He is the inspiration behind my pursuit of perfection and success in Real Estate. As many know, Wisconsin is known for cold winters, beer and cheese. Naturally, I was immersed in America's beer culture before evolving to wine. After attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I moved to Naples, Florida where my love and passion for food and wine took over. From Naples I moved to Napa, CA to work for two renowned wineries Truchard Vineyards and Luna Vineyards. Starting off as a Tasting Room Manager at Truchard and working my way up to Vice President of Sales at Luna Vineyards, I was able to gain a genuine perspective on how to work with all types of individuals throughout the nation. In addition, I honed my skills in branding, marketing, sales, analytics, negotiating and development. In 2015, I joined Intero Real Estate Services, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway in California. Today I am thankful to be living in Littleton, Colorado and working with Century 21 Dream Home. Being licensed in multiple states provides me access to an unparalleled network. This hot bed for real estate has allowed me to propel forward and find success in many different ways, with many different individuals.
