For our listing, he was honest and direct about the process and what we should expect in terms of price. He shared market analysis and comparisons to help guide our decisions. Like everyone, we thought our house was perfect and deserved above market. He helped level-set expectations, pointing out areas where we should make some minor improvements and helping us stage our place. Our house was on the market for less than 6 weeks and during that time, he and his assistant Andrea were communicative, responsive, and did their work following up on all showings and leads. We had a 1 year old at home and they were always courteous in working showings around a schedule that worked for us. As for finding a place - Adrian and Andrea were once again great resources. They listened to what we were looking for and opened our eyes to an area we hadn't considered. After our first offer was declined because the seller didn't want a contingency, Adrian came back with a game plan and we were able to make a second offer a month later on the same location at $75K less than what we had originally offered. During the close process on both locations, Adrian and team were available to answer questions and to help guide our decisions.

I quickly took it off and was sent to Adrian by two very close friends and realtors in California. Adrian did an amazing job of marketing and managing the property for the best outcome...when the buyer came to see the home they did not have a realtor so Adrian worked both sides. And boy did he work. He was magnanimous and really went above and beyond for me making sure I was comfortable with what was happening with inspection and the final days of negotiation. It was a challenging sale and I felt supported and comfortable with the decisions we were making. I am most likely never moving again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use Adrian. He's a first class human all the way.

ZillowVERIFIED The amount of preparation that Adrian and his partner Roxanne did before our home even hit the market was astounding and quite brilliant. They know exactly what they are doing and made every effort to garner as much attention to our home as possible. I preferred not to have traditional open-to-the-general-public open house and instead Adrian and Roxanne set up a weekend packed with showings one after the other. As a homeowner I was grateful for this method because there was zero stress and the best part was we had several offers on our home. They provided excellent staging of the home for both photos and the showings. They are extremely communicative, thoughtful and had very good advice throughout the entire process. He worked very hard on behalf of us to get our home sold during the Covid19 crisis and was able to get us multiple offers. You call Adrian.Ive worked with a number of agents and brokers over the years in Arizona. I had even gone through the agent process myself and spoke to several brokers about working at their company. But none of those people were Adrian.Im here to tell you that Adrian is a very knowledgable agent, hes conscious of your needs/situation, he hustles, hard and is a genuine person - something lacking in todays business world.Adrian sold my home in about 4.5 months in 2020. On the contrary, when we forgot to carry on certain tests he reminded us to do so (for example, termite test on a ground floor unit that we never thought of). He has an impressive knowledge of the local market and exceptional process expertise. He does his homework and knows all the properties before you walk in to them, which is very helpful; he knew if a property was definitely one to skip, or if it might be worth a look, and he was spot on with those recommendations. He really listened to what we wanted and hung with us through two contracts falling apart due to inspection results. (Both of us are from the SF Bay Area) we met Adrian by chance while looking at a vacant house we had seen on a short sale list on the internet. Adrian asked us what we were looking for, and was honestly the first real estate agent that actually seemed to listen and did not waste our time showing us properties that did not meed our want list. Equally as impressive was that he did not pressure us in any way. In just the few days that we had in the area, Adrian showed us only properties that met our expectations. On our last day, Adrian took us to a new house that was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. We were very satisfied with Adrians representation in buying our home.
