Adrian was an incredible resource for us. We listed our house with him and he helped us find our new place. For our listing, he was honest and direct about the process and what we should expect in terms of price. He shared market analysis and comparisons to help guide our decisions. Like everyone, we thought our house was perfect and deserved above market. He helped level-set expectations, pointing out areas where we should make some minor improvements and helping us stage our place. Our house was on the market for less than 6 weeks and during that time, he and his assistant Andrea were communicative, responsive, and did their work following up on all showings and leads. We had a 1 year old at home and they were always courteous in working showings around a schedule that worked for us. As for finding a place - Adrian and Andrea were once again great resources. They listened to what we were looking for and opened our eyes to an area we hadn't considered. After our first offer was declined because the seller didn't want a contingency, Adrian came back with a game plan and we were able to make a second offer a month later on the same location at $75K less than what we had originally offered. During the close process on both locations, Adrian and team were available to answer questions and to help guide our decisions.

I hired Adrian after my home was irresponsibly placed on the market by an unseasoned realtor. I quickly took it off and was sent to Adrian by two very close friends and realtors in California. Adrian did an amazing job of marketing and managing the property for the best outcome...when the buyer came to see the home they did not have a realtor so Adrian worked both sides. And boy did he work. He was magnanimous and really went above and beyond for me making sure I was comfortable with what was happening with inspection and the final days of negotiation. It was a challenging sale and I felt supported and comfortable with the decisions we were making. I am most likely never moving again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use Adrian. He's a first class human all the way.

The amount of preparation that Adrian and his partner Roxanne did before our home even hit the market was astounding and quite brilliant. They know exactly what they are doing and made every effort to garner as much attention to our home as possible. I preferred not to have traditional open-to-the-general-public open house and instead Adrian and Roxanne set up a weekend packed with showings one after the other. As a homeowner I was grateful for this method because there was zero stress and the best part was we had several offers on our home. They provided excellent staging of the home for both photos and the showings. They are extremely communicative, thoughtful and had very good advice throughout the entire process.
