We have bought sold several homes over the years, usually just randomly choosing a realtor. This time we looked around, did our research, and actually interviewed our top two choices. During that process Adrain clearly stood out. He listened to what we had to say and did not just tell us what he thought we wanted to hear. His communication was outstanding, always returning messages, emails and phones calls in a timely manner. Adrain contacted us to let us know he was going out of town for a few days, that he made arrangements with his team to cover anything that came up and he remained in contact while was away. We felt Adrain was there through the whole process and that we were important to him. Adrian did not just list our home, he sold it. He advised a price that returned multiple offers, followed up with potential buyers agents and gathered background information about the offers we have never had in previous transactions. When one of those offers came from one of his clients, Adrian remained impartial and NEVER made us feel like he was pressuring us to go with his client. Adrians professionalism was beyond reproach. My husband and I love Adrian! Even though we had each bought a home before in a previous marriage, this seemed like the first time buying a home because it was together and it had been many years. Adrian is the best! My husband and I just bought our first house, and we had no idea how to do anything with the home buying process. Adrian was so much help and walked us through everything, and was very quick to answer any questions we had (which was a lot)! My husband and I both work full time making it very difficult to make phone calls and get everything figured out as far as home inspections scheduled, home owners insurance quotes, questions for our lender, etc. Adrian was willing to make all those phone calls for us when we were working and unable to do so. He went out of his way to help us get everything squared away. He definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Adrian!
