ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Adrian was very professional and painless. He was very prompt with returned calls and email messages. He was honest about the process and he knows the market. When we hit a snag he assured me we would overcome it and we did every time.It was a please working with him and his team!
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian responds and works quickly. He has excellent knowledge of the market, kept me informed, and did a great Job. He knows how to price and market a property to get the best value and get the job done fast. Adrian sold my rental property and went above and beyond even to work with tenants to show the property. Job well done! You wont go wrong working with Adrian.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Adrian and his team Keller was very professional and caring. Adrian was always available and knowledgeable in the process of selling my home. I high recommend Adrian and his company.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian and his team did a excellent job for me! I am an out-of-state seller and was totally dependent on Adrian for his help in selling our property! Adrian was the only realtor who immediately followed up with me following his flyer to my Maryland residence! We clicked right away! I could tell he was experienced and very good at what he does! I can say that from the start of this process to the finish, Adrian did a great job throughout the entire process! Even during some disappointments, he hung in there and found us a buyer! He's a good guy who I always felt had my best interest at heart! I appreciated his guidance and counsel!
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian had a great targeted flyer that included my home details. I saved this for the time when we were ready to sell my Mom's and Grandparents original home, which was built in 1920. He responded immediately to my calls and made an appointment to meet me at my office in DT Los Angeles. He explained the process and gave us a good understanding of our homes expected value. We were pleased to learn it was worth more than expected because of the location and Craftsman style of the home. He found several interested potential buyers and we were pleased with the level of interest that he generated. Appointments were set up quickly and we soon had a couple of offers. We listed it at $599K and received an offer for $580K that we accepted. The young couple pulled out when the home condition inspection revealed foundation damage on top of the old roof and old appliances that were in working order. Adrian used his contacts to locaate another investor/buyer that offered us $530K and would make all of the repairs. We accepted this offer and were very pleased that is was a cash deal and 14 day escrow. All went smooth and it closed early. Adrian kept me informed at every step. He was patient with my questions and my wife's input. He made her feel included in the deal even with the house in my name. Adrian help to recommend and initiate the 1031 Excahnge process for us. This was very helful and convienient for us as I am very busy with my work. Funding went thru very quickly. Adian was caring and helped us through the entire process. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone I know well. Very professional and responsive. I know he will continue to be successful.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian and his team went above and beyond to help sell our under construction home, and to help us find a new home that would meet the needs of the family, we ran them ragged looking at many different places and areas, and they always had a positive attitude with a smile, no matter how difficult we made it! Thank you so much guys, for everything you do!
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian is straight forward, honest and extremely diligent. His knowledge, concern and eagerness to assist in every way possible made dealing with my devastating foreclosure issues manageable and put me at ease. I was living in a family owned 1927 home since mid 1960's and my financial situation was beyond stressed and forced late payments. After the loss of my mother & father the home was literally falling apart & I was unable to afford repairs or negotiate with the mortgage holder to work things out because they would not recognize me as being authorized to access the loan even though I was legal owner of the property. I contacted several cash buyers and Adrian was the 2nd to visit. From day 1 Adrian impressed me - he was delayed slightly in traffic & called to notify me in advance and presented all the documents which included market analysis, a ready contract/ offer that he thoroughly explained and detailed referrals. He assured me that placing it on the market as-is would generate a higher net but was never aggressive or pushy about going that route. He did explain the foreclosure procedures & length of time I had to find an option was longer than I'd anticipated when others attempted to persuade me to act immediately. I did not sign with him that day but I was nearly certain I would be working with him from that point on. While receiving 2 or 3 more estimates I continued to stay in touch with Adrian and assured him that none of the other visitors had prepared as well as he did or were able to convince me that they would be able help assist with the the issues of relocating. Through some mind changing & back and forth on my part Adrian remained supportive & understanding. I had been totally ignorant to dealing with any and all real estate matters & was intensely paranoid about getting taken. I did eventually agree to list the home as-is and again Adrian assured me he would do his best not to use any signs & keep any tours minimal, private and scheduled. We listed the home for 349K originally and within one week he had an offer for 330K. The house was sold for that amount and as promised Adrian and Raul worked with me beyond expectations to find, negotiate, inspect and purchase the home I am living in now. Raul is part of Adrian's team & was assisted mostly with setting up viewings, inspections & escrow services for the new home and is 100% professional. I would strongly recommend contacting Adrian & his team for your needs. I opened this review saying they are straight-forward & that is what impressed me most. I did have a couple concerns they were not able to answer and they admitted not knowing. They did not tell me what I wanted to hear - If they did not know they would take the time to research. As it turns out - I am now in a much better place in all respects thanks to Adrian & Raul. Do not hesitate to call him. You may get a better offer (I didn't) but I doubt any other agent could measure up to the service, professionalism or integrity Adrian & his team provide. Thank you Adrian & Raul from the bottom of my heart for turning a real nightmare into a dream come true!!! Best of luck to you and your top notch team of professionals!
ZillowVERIFIEDThank you Adrian Confuentez and team! We could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. Adrians guidance, knowledge and professionalism made the sale of our property effortless.Living up north and having our rental property for sale miles away, all of our transactions were done on line making the sale of our property seamless.Denice and Arnulfo Lira
ZillowVERIFIEDI am super impressed with Adrian Cafuentes and Century 21.I had a property to sell in Los Angeles that I inherited from my mother. The property had a 3bd home in the front with a 1bd house in the rear. The rear home had a 84yr old tenant that had lived there since 1989!! I was selling this home As-Is. The tenant had a lease until sometime in August. Adrian was professional and kept me abreast of all offers and what potential buyers were communicating. Many of the people interested in the home, did not want to buy with a tenant. Adrian went over and beyond getting this house sold. He assisted the tenant in finding a new spot, and helped him move. He was in constant communication with me and made this transaction extremely smoothe. My house went on the market in May and escrow closed in July. The Century 21 staff were pleasant, informative and answered all of my questions professionally. I will be referring Adrian Cafuentes and Century 21 to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home!Thank you for a wonderful experience!J. Barry
ZillowVERIFIEDI previously used Adrian in helping sell my parents home last year. My husband and I contacted Adrian to help sell our home of 22 yrs and to purchase another to accommodate our family which consists of growing grandkids now. The first day of showing the property he brought us offers. He helped us in locating the perfect home with a yard big enough to create the perfect play area for the kids. We ended up with much more than what we were looking for at such a great price that was still within our budget. He was always there when we needed him through the whole selling and purchasing process. My family and I couldn't have picked a "Better Realtor" than Adrian who helped in finding our Perfect Home in which we all Love. We have now referred others to Adrian to help find their Dream Homes after hearing our Wonderful experience with him. You can't go wrong with him....
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian made the process painless. Professional at all times and went out of his way to insure all our needs were met. His is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. Thank you so much Adrian for all you help and guidance.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian went out of his way to ensure my needs were met. He worked with everyone from the lender to escrow. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to use Adrian as their real estate agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs you can imagine the stress for a first time home buyer is not always something you look forward to. However, Adrian C. exceeded our expectations by keeping us informed every step of the way from the pre-approval process to getting the keys to our dream home. Did I mention he is a master at negotiating! Even at times when it seemed our dream home was out of reach, he made the impossible, possible. He made the whole process effortless. If you're in the market for an agent, I highly recommend you give Adrian a call and see for yourself!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis sale took a lot of work, as house had been a rental for 18 years to the same tenant, and needed updates and Code Issues, and a lot of work. We lived 275 Miles away. So when we selected a Realtor there was a lot of questions because we were remote. Adrian done a lot of work on this deal. A lot of coordinating with sub-contractor, inspectors etc. One sale dropped out thru no fault of Adrian's. But we all hung in there and got it done. Thanks to Adrian. I would recommend Adrian and his team to any one that I am in contact with. Thanks AgainJohn and Delia Blom
ZillowVERIFIEDIt is with highest regard that we write this commendation for Adrian Cafuentes and his team at Century 21. From our first meeting to the close of the sale, we found Mr. Cafuentes to be not only professional, but knowledgeable in his field. He managed the process with high energy and with positive motivation, while bringing closure in a professional manner. We want to thank Adrian for his 'over and beyond' approach to selling our property.
ZillowVERIFIEDI just wanted to mention how much we appreciated Adrian's assistance and guidance in the selling of a home. He was always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He followed through and always kept us informed. He works with a good team and the individuals we dealt with in his office were also punctual and prepared whenever we had to sign and/or review documents. I especially appreciated the availability of bilingual staff when needed. Our situation was somewhat complicated and he was able to navigate through the process. I would definitely recommend him and his associates. Thank you and your team Adrian!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhether selling or buying real estate, the process can be stressful. I can say unequivocally Adrian guided me through the process of selling my property with minimal stress. He was professional, knowledgeable about the process, and extremely responsive to my texts, emails and phone calls. I never had to ask him where were we in the process, because he regularly reached out to me with updates. I also had the opportunity to work with Eva, a member of his team who handled the escrow papers. She too was pleasant, professional, and responsive. They are a good team. I don't believe you can go wrong with using Adrian and his team.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am a first time homeowner and I can truly say that Adrian and his team did an amazing Job at guiding me thru this process. Although we faced a few obstacles, Adrian was by my side every step of the way and never stop assuring me that we would get it done. He always took time to share his knowledge with me in an effort to put my worries at ease. If you are looking for someone who will give you 100%, I highly recommend Adrian Cafuentes.
ZillowVERIFIEDI can't possibly say enough about Adrian. Due to circumstances beyond our or his control, this was a very difficult sale. However, Adrian stood by us, took care of everything and really went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. I'd have to say, this transaction alone probably taught him more about Real Estate than any licensed agent would learn in years of "normal" experiences!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a real pleasure working with Adrian. He laid out all the options for me and I was able to sell our rental property for the amount we wanted and he found a buyer that agreed to a short escrow. From the time we signed the escrow papers, funds were in my account within 2 weeks! Highly recommend Adrian and his team.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian Cafuentes is most assuredly a man of his word. Intelligent, diligent, pleasant and knowledgeable are the first adjectives that come to mind when remembering my dealings with Adrian. He first advertised at my Uncle's home in Inglewood awhile ago. My uncle saved that ad. All this time later, I contacted Adrian and from day one he made my uncle, my mother and myself feel completely comfortable. We relied on Adrian for his expertise. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as a real estate agent. I served as liaison between my uncle and mother and Adrian. It ALL went smoothly. Adrian made sure to get all the answers we needed, when we needed them!Adrian's assistant Freddy, also proved to be the utmost of professionals. I only dealt with Freddy a few times and each time was efficient and easy going. If I EVER need a real estate agent team again, I can confidently add Adrian Cafuentes and Freddy to my active rolodex.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Adrian through real estate advertisement sent by mail. My wife & I has been thinking of selling our rental property for a long time due to retirement. I know other real estate agents, but we decided to take a chance with Adrian due to persistency and convincing letters with a know company. When we call him, he immediately responded sending us comparative values of our property. His quick response and marketing selling techniques impressed us. He fully explained and answered all our questions professionally. He was able to close escrow within reasonable time.

ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian has been one of the most professional agents that I have ever met (and I have met quite a few). He's a fighter and a level-headed businessman rolled into one. I am very satisfied in my experience of working with him and his team. Every time he came to me with a question about what direction to take, he fought hard to get me what I wanted, no matter how impossible it seemed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDNot only did he find us a great deal, but working with Adrian was a great experience. We all know that purchasing a home can be a stressful period full of anxiety, but he made us feel secure and confident in our decision through proccess in buying a home. Thank you Adrian, Macias Family.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was truely a pleasure working with Adrian. His expertise made our family feel very comfortable in trusting him with the sale of our apartments. First day we met Adrian he was honest and up front with us. From day 1 Adrian pushed very hard in placing our property on the market and was very much aggressive in advertising and locating interested buyers. His constant communication with the status of the property gave us the satisfaction that we were in good hands. Anytime we had a question with something Adrian always stopped what he was doing to answer our question. He was never too busy for us. With his experience, if something did not seem right, he let us know. If we were to ever to buy or sell another property there's is no question we would definetly go back to Adrian. He is an agent who cares about his clients and is honest, respectable and trustworthy. He has integrity.Sean Macias

ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for an agent that will always look out for your best interest and is not afraid to work hard for your family then you will not find a better fit than Adrian. We really needed someone with Adrian's experience, knowledge & business connections working for us in our situation. We had done a short sale a few years prior to buying our home so our situation was a difficult one. Adrian worked hard to find us a beautiful home that met our families needs. He was also able to connect us with the right lender in order to obtain the financing that we required due to our credit history. He went above and beyond in every single situation and made us feel like he had known us for years. His level of commitment is just unheard of & is normally only found when you are working with family. There were so many things that we didn't understand but we realized very quickly that we could trust Adrian and his judgement. We will recommend Adrian and his team to our friends and family looking for an agent & without a doubt will use him if we ever sell our home and look for another one. We are beyond blessed to have come in contact with such an amazing person. Thanks sooooo much Adrian!!! Jerry & Christie Lopez
ZillowVERIFIEDI took a chance when I responded to a mailing from Adrian regarding our rental property. We didn't know him and relied on the fact that he worked for Century 21, a respected real estate agency. As it turns out, he was the perfect person to help us with this sale. He knew the area, the market, and the realities of high and low offers. Adrian suggested what upgrades were needed and helped mediate additional changes the buyer wanted. Our escrow was completed in record time. Adrian was professional, quick to respond, and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
ZillowVERIFIEDWithout Adrian's proficiency and diligent efforts, we can not buy our home as soon as we can. We shop for home for more than a year before meeting Adrian. He makes everything so easy for us, we knew it must because that he made it easy. He is a great RE professional, my wife and I highly recommend him to you for your RE needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we met Adrian, he was very cordial and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian was a great Representative in walking me through the whole process of listing and selling our home. Keeping in touch, making suggestions, going the extra step. It all adds up to great customer service. Rick
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian helped me sell two properties when my father passed away. During this adventure, there were many, many difficult hurdles to jump through, however Adrian stayed tried and true through everything. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was compassionate and understanding during an emotionally tumultuous time. Should the time ever come when I need another Realtor, I will definitely call Adrian. Thank you, Adrian!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian was a wonderful agent. He was very understanding and patient with our needs. He always returned our call almost immediately and called us when a new house came up on the market. When asked to look into a property, was always delighted to do so with a rapid response. He worked diligently in obtaining us a new home. Thanks, Adrian

ZillowVERIFIEDThank you Mr. Adrian Cafuentes for your patience and hard work. We finally got our home due to your diligence. After visiting several homes and finding difficult situations due to our financial limitations, Mr Cafuentes stayed with us, did not abandon our case and continued seeking opportunities for us. We got our house February 1, 2013.Thank you, once again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have been misled by several realtors before. We were very hesitant on finding someone new and disappointed with the outcome. I decided to look online and found Century 21 A Better Service. As a first time homebuyer, we needed a lot of guidance along the way. The ideal realtor is someone who knows your needs, likes and dislikes. After a few showings, Adrian had our best interest at heart. I was very impressed with his understanding of the real estate market and he was very informative than most realtors. He is genuinely an approachable, friendly, honest gentleman and we felt at ease on purchasing our first home. He has a great team by his side. He would send listings and schedule viewings within our convenience. We were truly impressed with Adrians expertise and knowledge but were more amazed how our agent ended up being a new friend. I highly recommend Adrian and if you want to close a deal and get into a home he is your best bet!

ZillowVERIFIEDI am writing to give Adrian Cafuentes my highest recommendation. The service we received from Adrian was exceptional! Adrian possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate professional. He knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with his clients. Adrian is both very professional and personable. He has that perfect balance of knowledge, drive and enthusiasm that will get the job done for you. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Adrian or being anything but happy in choosing to work with him.I can't thank Adrian enough for his professionalism, expertise, and hard work.Sincerely, Mrs. Arriaga
ZillowVERIFIEDHe help me find the perfect home for my family. I was a first time homebuyer that had great guidance from Adrian Cafuentes. He provided me with a great experience of becoming a home owner.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian has represented me as both a buyer and seller of real estate I invested in. He was very responsive to my questions, had a positive attitude, and the transactions were a success! I would work with Adrian again. On one transaction he represented me as the seller and represented the buyer...often it seems a dual agent favors one side over the other, but I feel even when some adversity arose on the transaction, he did a great job of being fair to both sides and the problems were eventually resolved and transaction closed! I really am thankful and grateful for Adrian for his help.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhere do we start?! When we started the home buying process we told Adrian that we were on a 3 month timeframe. WE WERE MOVED IN WITHIN 3 MONTHS! We didn't want my son with special educational needs to have to continue transitioning schools so we were on a crunch. Now, we are living in the home of our dreams, he loves his new school and we are completely satisfied. Adrian's strongest assets are his responsiveness to your questions (and we had a million), his honesty (sometimes hard to hear, but necessary) , and his creativity to ensure that you get into your home. He showed us a couple dozen homes within a month. It was a great collaboration. We put our trust in him and we feel very fortunate to have had such a smooth experience. We've watched enough House Hunters episodes to know what can go wrong. Adrian ensured that didn't happen to us. You will be in great hands!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure working with such an honest, knowledgeable, ambitious and energetic real estate agent. Adrian was always willing to accommodate our hectic schedule and was extremely patient and understanding. Given that we had an FHA loan from an out of state lender, Adrian was able to negotiate with the seller to accept our offer which was a difficult task in this current Southern California housing market. He is very professional, yet personable which provides the recipe for a successful real estate transaction. Adrian was also very easy to reach at all times of the day and if we werent able to reach him, he would call us back or text us right away. His main concern was not making the sale for his own personal financial reward; instead it was to ensure our family's happiness. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDAdrian helped me achieve one of the biggest goals I wanted to accomplish in life: become a property owner by the time I was 25. And he did it! Adrian was honest with me throughout the whole transaction so that I understood which goals were going to be attainable. This is someting not all agents do, as many tend to focus on getting a buyer in one way or the other, even if in the end it means someone potentially losing a house due to not keeping up with their mortgage. Knowing my agent was looking out for my best interest was reassuring and definitely allowed me to have complete faith in his service. He knew what I wanted based on our interaction together and when he took me to see my home, I fell in love! He made sure that house was going to be mine and he delivered! There are few people who are able to do this for you, and I feel lucky to have been able to work with Adrian on this incredible journey.
