We were referred to Adi by a family member who didn't use his services (as they didn't need to), but were really impressed with his overall service. As first time homebuyers, he was incredible in helping us making an informed decision. He's well versed with our locality (Edison Township) and has lived in the town for many years. Even after the purchase, he was an incredible resource in helping us with any renovations we were doing. Never pushy and let us take our time in making an informed decision. We saw multiple houses, and he was always honest and upfront about the property. For example, we walked away from one because he felt the roof was not in a good condition. He's also familiar with religious restrictions (i.e. the direction the house faces etc.)., and will factor it in for you. After we made our purchase he was also helpful with the mortgage/closing process. We shopped around for our mortgage and his referral was the best rate at the time. Overall I've recommended him to anyone who I know needs a realtor. I still keep in touch with him and reach out if I have any questions on renovations (if something will add home value, etc.).

I have known Adi for 8+ years now and he has helped me with various property transactions over the years, and it has always been great. What I like about him: - He is a straight shooter, he doesn't sugar coat his view about any property or buyer/seller. This is great because even if you dont like his answer, it still helps you make an objective, non-emotional decision - He really knows the market, but who doesnt these days with so much data online. Then what is special about Adi? When he takes you to a house to buy, he can tell exactly what the house will sell for. A lot many times I doubted him only to find out later that the house sold exactly in the range that Adi mentioned :) If you are buying and find something not good, he will tell you how much it would take you to fix it and that way you can adjust your offer, but it also helps you decide if the issue is trivial or a deal breaker. - He is always willing to help. He is a real handyman. When my handyman was busy and couldnt show up to fix something in my house just before my showing, it was Adi who came to my rescue and fixed it right in time. He has helped with similar run around multiple times and not just to me, I have overheard him talk on the phone with other clients offering to help. Id researched a lot of agents before I went with Adi and I am glad I chose Adi because he is one of the best agents in NJ!

We worked with Aditya (Adi) on selling our parents house in Sayreville NJ, which not only is transactional but has an emotional side to it as well. From our first meeting with Adi, I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and very easy to work with. He helped us with understanding what to focus on to get the house ready for sale and guided us through the process. His advice and insights were spot on, as we had multiple offers early on and his guidance and level of expertise helped us navigate through some of the complexities (especially as this was right in the onset of COVID19). Selling a house isn't just black and white, there are a lot of "gray" areas and one of the things Adi excelled at is that he had a significant network of people that he had a good relationship with (buyers' agents, real estate attorney's, mortgage brokers, plumbers, contractors, etc). Through his network we were able to better manage the sale and closing. Highly recommend!

Adi helped my sister and me sell our parents house (closing was July 17th). There were multiple offers on the house which was very exciting(!), and unfortunately also multiple deals that fell through (until the final one, obviously), but Adi always kept his cool throughout our whole house-selling process. Adi has a great deal of experience and it shows. His personality is also very calming and he always had a way of putting us at ease. Also, whenever my sister and I would have questions & concerns about our house sale, we found we could always count on Adi to come through for us (aEURoedont worry, I'm on it, Ill take care of itaEUR?, etc.). Adi went over and beyond for us on many occasions and he really took a lot of stress off of our shoulders. I highly recommend Adi to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house. ??
