ZillowVERIFIED OMG Where do I Start!! Addie and her team was absolutely the BEST!! I am soooo happy my Cousin referred me to her. I started the home buying process about 4 yrs ago when the market was extremely competitive and little to no inventory, My mom passed and I pump the breaks on the homebuying process. In the meanwhile in between time Addie would always touch bases with me and encourage me to keep pushing for my goal to purchase a home. She would periodically reach out to me to advise about new first time homebuyer assistants programs, and funding I may qualify for. Once I was ready again to begin my search I contacted Addie and she immediately start sending me homes and setting up viewings. Addie and her team bent over backwards to get me to the closing table, and it was all done with patience, love and kindness! It was not easy but WE did it. ZillowVERIFIED Addie Price of Price Residential Group is a "GEM". A very rare find as it relates to professionalism and personality. She possesses the 4 P's: prompt, professional, personable, and positive. Addie and her Transaction/Client Care Coordinator LaShonda Harding literally responded to every text, phone call, email or voicemail within 30 minutes or less. We've never experienced this level of care and dedication during any real estate purchase. If anyone is looking for a Real estate agent/team, you must first consider the Price Residential Group. Addie and her team not only help with the sale and purchase of homes, but they educate and inform their clientele of programs that the everyday person would know nothing about. My husband and I went to a Buying Assets Seminar on April 22 (in the pouring rain) where Addie was a part of just to listen in. Long story short, we left so inspired we were traveling 8 days later and roughly 1h:30 minutes away (in the pouring rain) with Addie to view a potential rental property that we placed an offer on that same night and we just closed on 06/15. Addie Price will go in the trenches with her clients!!!! She is our forever real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Addie is so amazing! When I started the buying process I was pregnant and full of emotions. We did a new build and through out the process we had some trying times to get to the closing table, but we got there. She was very caring and considerate of her buyer. No matter when or what time I reached out she was there. She was also very knowledgeable about the whole process and I was just glad to have her as my realtor. She was at every meeting from the design center to the walk throughs. She also sent emails, and made phone calls on my behalf, even when she didn?t have too. ZillowVERIFIED Addie was very instrumental in helping me to find a house to my satisfaction at a price that was to my satisfaction. She made herself available at times that met my busy schedule, offered honest feedback and assessments when I was uncertain, helped me think through pros and cons when I was on the fence, and most importantly, was patient with all of my questions throughout the entire process. Further, she had a host of resources to call on, as I brought a house that was pre-owned and needed a couple of items fixed to pass home inspection. I am fairly new to the area and did not know any home improvement professionals. No worries!, Addie took care of it all. She is forthright, honest, resourceful, available, and knowledgeable.
