ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have had our property listed with Addie since June 2016. Since it is our first time selling a home, we leaned on her recommendations for list price and other details. In just over 6 months now, we've had zero showings and little to no interest. Our home is a completely remodeled farm-style home on 1.3 acres in a growing area. On 11/15/16 she said she would "re-look at comps" to see where we should really be priced. Almost two months later I have yet to receive a phone call. I have been trying to obtain a release from our contract and have yet to receive any communication from Addie or her office. #fail

ZillowVERIFIED There were good and bad things to say...here are both.. 1st the good.. she was very helpful with negotiating a sell price that was fair to both myself and the buyer,she was polite and courteous. Now the bad.. It took 14 days to have a sign in the yard after hiring her..i was the one who had to inform her multiple times that the sign was not placed yet,even though the house was listed on mls...the sign was not approved by my hoa and just as the house went into closing it was brought to my attention that she never cleared that with them..a question i posed the day i hired her by asking if she had sold out there before.My biggest complaint of all was that on the biggest financial decision of my life she only communicates by email..and i do not check email that often,all of my calls to her were rerouted to her voicemail,with me asking her to return my call,only to have her email me minutes later with an answer to my question instead of a phone call..and when an offer came in..no phone call...email..and when the house failed inspection..email...no call..and that to me is unacceptable...in the end the house had 3 showings by buyers, she didn't have to show it at all..and we had 2 offers..basically the house sold itself by the mls listing..i just think that in the future she should have contact by phone as well..especially if requested when we are talking about thousands of dollars for her time..

ZillowVERIFIED Addie represented us when we were buying a home. Initially, the seller's agent wanted to be a dual agent. We're glad we called Addie in. The other realtor would have had us in a bidding war because he knew how perfect this house was for us. With Addie on our side, we were protected. And we're really glad that she automatically had us get a home warranty, even though we bought a nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Turns out that many appliances were on their last legs (though they all looked good and passed inspection), and we saved thousands of dollars, no exaggeration, by having a home warranty when it was time to have them replaced.

ZillowVERIFIED I was in a real bind as my company had relocated me and I needed someone who was an expert in the field of "Short Sales". We tried the conventional method of trying to sell the house at a lower cost but still close to what was owed (at my insistence), but in the end the price was reduced and Addie knew just how assertively it needed to be listed to get a contract. Addie was also well prepared with all the documents that are typically needed and she had provided me a good amount of time to complete them. She was patient with me with all the questions and provided excellent communication and up to date information in an environment that is always changing. My situation could not have been better - from the time we had a contract to closing was less than 3 months. I attribute this to Addie's professionalism, her drive and perserverance in dealing with banks and mortgage companies who are not easy to deal with - she was exceptional!!!
