He communicated everything that was happening in the process in a timely manner, even when he was not getting a response from our buyers out of town lender. ZillowVERIFIED Adam was wonderful. We were going through a lot within the last the last three months after getting back from vacation. One day later we find out my wife?s father passed away, within the week of our hellacious trip in Mississippi to bury my father-in-law, we get the news that we are gonna be evicted from our rental we?ve had for the last five years. It had changed hands many times but they wanted to do do upgrades and so on so they can raise the price. So we were dealing with finding a new home and laying her father to rest. And went through yes I mean it! 4 realtors. The first one I?ve had seem like she didn?t care about helping nor had any knowledge or even giving us options of homes out there! The second one was my Cousin and just like first one he pretty much ghosted me wasn?t showing me what was out there and barely reached out to me, Then we worked a newcomer he was a nice pleasant experience but he had no knowledge on certain terms and conditions. There was a house we really wanted he didn?t explain to us what an escalation clause was so we lost it and was frustrated then came along Adam Zettle he was recommended to me by Tiffany and to be honest Adam is a go getter he was always on us everyday with strong communication and compassion for his clients. We also dealt with a other death my mother-in-law. he knew our situation we needed a house so we went to a few locations we seen one that we loved and it became our home. He explained everything to us what escalation clause was? Had very good knowledge and had a great team and network of amazing people to work with. I couldn?t believe we closed so quickly. I was dragging my feet on buying a house in 2019 when we first started this process. Unfortunately for me, my husband and I ended up purchasing a home in the worlds worst year of buying homes. (Literally- we sold a kidney.. just kidding) Without Adam?s knowledge of the market, and his ability to negotiate- I?m not sure we would have ever won one in 2021. After almost a year of searching for our forever home, we switched agents and the first and only home Adam showed us, he was able to land us in contract beating out multiple offers, even beating out an offer that was 40k higher than ours. Adam doesn?t just push you to offer higher on your offer, he knows what will appeal to a seller and is able to write a strong offer based off of other key factors. From the typical duties of working in real estate, Adam went above and beyond to help me understand and navigate the home purchasing process in a way that was comfortable and not imposing on me. I never once felt pressured during the months he spent helping me find a home. He proved to be a tough negotiator, securing me a new roof and continued to manage the immediate home projects needed for me to live in my home by scheduling contractors to come and give estimates, and finally to scheduling the actual work to be done. He even visited my new home while the roof was being worked on to check on the progress. I couldn?t have expected near the level of service that Adam delivered; he has set the bar very high.

He is extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from listing our house to hopefully purchasing our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better his career, but I honestly cant think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We have had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that Im not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as he did. We werent entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Adam was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using him and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We dont think Key Realty could have a better realtor out there representing them.
