I will be using Adam for any and all future home buys.. We told home what we wanted and he found use a few different homes in a day or too, even in a market that didn't have a lot of what we where looking for.. And he found us the prefect starter home for our family..

Answered Questions

Is a double rent security deposit reasonable?

Two things to consider, if you are a growing business where will you be in 5 years. Will you have outgrown the location you are looking at? Second is the lease personally guaranteeing you will pay the lease if you default before the lease is up? The double rent security deposit might be used instead of the personal guarantee.
