If you are looking for a knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient realtor, look no further than Adam. My wife and I were first time home-buyers who were in a hurry to get into a house because we had a baby on the way. The minute any house came on the market that met our needs, Adam let us know. When we found the right one, he wasted no time in the negotiation process and even setup the inspection with a local inspector that was not only inexpensive but incredibly thorough. When we had trouble finding a lender who would process our application quickly, he connected us with a loan officer who expedited our loan application and closing date. Needless to say, 6 days after we moved in, our baby was born. Hiring Adam as our Realtor was one of the best decisions we made (other than deciding to have a baby). Don't waste your time with realtors who don't have the expertise, ability, and connections Remember, you're not just buying a home, you're making an investment. Adam ensures that you are not over paying or settling for a house you don't want. Finally, Adam makes the process enjoyable. It was incredibly stressful thinking about all that we had to do, but Adam helped us every step of the way. After working with Adam for several months and finally deciding to buy my first house, I can say he made the process go extremely smooth and I was very pleased with how professional he was the entire time. Adam was fantastic! He tirelessly helped us find and buy our new home. We were living 2 hours away from where we eventually settled and Adam worked very hard to deal with that challenge. He found us several homes to view based on our requests, and always made time in his schedule to meet us when we could make the 2 hour drive to view the homes. Adam always promptly returned our calls, provided us information and recommendations about the area to which we moved, and above all helped us immensely when it came to actual negotiation and purchase of the home we settled on. Adam was amazing and went the extra mile with us. We were not typical clients and took a long time to finally make a decision. We never felt rushed and he continued to check in with us keep us informed of any new information. Once we found the right home he was always quick with paperwork and information needed, and was very helpful with inspections. We will for sure be using Adam again in the future.
