ZillowVERIFIED I've known Adam as a good friend for a while, and hes been super patient and supportive while I got truly ready to buy my first home. He never pressured me and was always there when I was ready to view houses or ask questions. Once I had a clear idea of what I wanted - something that would accommodate my pets and my big family for the holidays- Adam totally got it. When we walked into the house I ended up buying, we both just knew it was the one. Adam walked me through every step, making everything really easy to understand. Even though things moved really quickly (which was amazing!), I never felt rushed. I'm not one to negotiate at all and he helped me negotiate for a buyer's credit; to my surprise, the sellers offered me even more than I asked for! Everything worked out perfectly, and this Thanksgiving, I was able to host my family for the first time. I cant say enough how much that meant to me, and I'm so thankful to have had such an awesome realtor by my side. Adam made what couldve been a stressful, intimidating experience really fun and exciting!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was able to quickly find multiple houses that fit my criteria, arranged a day to go see all of them almost immediately, and was tenacious during the negotiating process and back and forth. I also really liked the different people he brought in for financing and home inspections. When there were problems with repairs, he was quick to stay on them to make sure we closed on time. Super friendly, super easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was an epic partner! 10/10 He helped us find the perfect house. Then he went out of his way again and again to advocate and support us through-out the negotiation, contract term, and closing. He knows Albuquerque, and he knows how to talk to all the parties involved from repair people to the sellers agent to make sure you're getting the best result. He's responsive, gave educated advice, and he listened and acted on all of our concerns. I can't recommend him more. The best.

ZillowVERIFIED We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Adam. We truly received 5-star service! His dedication to our satisfaction was evident in how he went out of his way to accommodate our schedules and was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, informed us about all developments, and provided honest advice. Adams expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting. He provided a detailed analysis of market trends, helping us understand the best time to sell. For example, he accurately predicted a price drop in our neighborhood, allowing us to make a timely listing. Adam provided support beyond just the transaction. When we were stressed about moving timelines, he connected us with reliable moving services and checked in post-move to ensure we were settled.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home. He was aggressive in advertising and scheduling showings of the home. He kept us well informed and helped us get through some difficult issues with perspective buyers. We trusted his judgement and it all worked out for our benefit. We will recommend him to all of our family and friends who are needing to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we did not know much about the industry or what we were getting ourselves into. Oddly we met Adam at an open house and ended up hiring him to represent us in our home buying process. He exceeded every one of our expectations from start to finish. Adam is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the home buying process such a breeze and we consider him not only our realtor but now a friend. 10/10 recommend Adam for any of your home buying or commercial real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was a pleasure to work with. He went above all expectations. Because we are a military family who lived out of state, we did not get to see our house in person during the process. Adam made sure to send videos and pictures as well as answer any questions we had. If he didn?t know, he made sure to find out. After purchase was complete, we were unable to move in for a few weeks, and he was kind enough to check in on the house in our absence. 10/10 definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I don?t like the fluff I?ve encountered with others in the profession and thankfully Adam is all substance. He was attentive from day one! If I reached out about a home, 9 out of 10 we would visit it same day. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, the process and what to expect. His commutation was impeccable and he genuinely cares about his clients. I?d recommend Adam to any friend or family seeking a realtor in the Albuquerque metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I started looking into building a new home with DR Horton in December. We are first time homebuyers and knew absolutely nothing about the building or buying process. Adam walked us through every little thing, broke everything down in ways we could understand, and always made sure we were given the best deal. He responded to every text, call, email promptly and made our experience a great one. It?s very stressful making sure everything stays good for months and he did that for us. Communicating with the lender and the builder. Took so much off of our plate. He genuinely cares that you find a good home with a good deal. Can?t recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife an I would like say that our home buying experience with Adam Trujillo (505) 307-6754) has been a pleasure. We had been looking to relocate from Rockwall TX to Rio Rancho, NM, to be near our son and his family. As former Realtors ourselves, we appreciated Adams professionalism and focus. We were a great team and he more than pulled his weight. Adam always returned calls, texts, and emails promptly over the 7 months it took to find the right home. He continued to stay in touch while we were back home in Rockwall. When we came back to continue our search he was always available to set viewings or submit offers. He faithfully sent us the latest daily listings. If he did not have an immediate answer to a question he followed up and got back to us. Once we found the right home he put us in touch with a great Lender and stayed on top of the home buying process, coordinating with all persons involved in the transaction. With Adam guiding us on our journey to find a home, our stress level was very low. If you are looking for a new home or resale, definitely call Adam for a great home buying experience. ZillowVERIFIED Adam was honestly the best agent I could?ve asked for. He made this experience so amazing and he was very professional the entire time. Unfortunately we were buying a house from a pretty awful person who refused to clean and fix his house like we agreed to in the contract. Adam was amazing at handling this owner and made sure everything got done! I would recommend Adam to anyone I know!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is a great Realtor. This was my first house purchase and Adam walked me through everything. He wasnt pushy and was most concerned with me finding a house that was perfect for what I was looking for and at a price I was comfortable paying. He was very familiar with the area having grown up in Rio Rancho. He was very responsive to messages and if I saw something I like he would set up a tour as soon as possible, sometimes within an hour or two. I dont know too much about houses so I brought a close friend along and Adam answered all of his questions too. If Adam didnt have an answer he would say so and get it. Once I found a house I liked I asked Adams opinion on what he thought we should offer. I took his suggestion and we beat 5 offers to come in just above the highest. Adam handled all of the negotiations keeping me updated about everything and making sure I knew every detail of what was happening and what I was agreeing to. I highly recommend Adam and if I need to buy or sell a home in the future I know who I will be calling.

ZillowVERIFIED I was relocating from Az to NM for my job and unable to get to NM to view any houses I was interested in during this Pandemic and work demands. As I viewed a house online and had any questions, Adam would make the trip to the house and get the answers I needed to help make my decision. He was available 24/7 if needed and helped me out tremendously in obtaining the current home I purchased. I APPRECIATE his help, keeping me updated on necessary changes, his Professionalism and his Attitude of wanting to find the Best fit for me when it came to my home. Thanks Adam, you're much Appreciated and I wish you much success!!!
