I couldnt have found a better agent. From the first meeting, Adam stood out against 6 other agents I interviewed. Adam came prepared and provided succinct and relevant information explaining his suggested asking price and plans to market the property. I hired him and we did not work together long because I got a buyer very quickly. Adam mentioned several times how important the photographs would be. He did not disappoint. The photos and virtual staging were absolutely amazing! There was a lot of heavy traffic online and I had a buyer in less than a week. Adam kept excellent communication with me and the buyers agent. He provided me with sound advice throughout the negotiation phase and right up to the closing.

Adam has acted as both my purchasing and selling agent over the past few years, and is undoubtedly the best realtor I've ever had. He goes above and beyond in all aspects of the job. As my purchasing agent, he worked with my extremely tight schedule to help me find the house I was looking for. Having to travel from out of state led to me only having 2 days of house searching. Adam worked tirelessly over those 2 days, traveling back and forth around the area, and showing many more houses than I originally signed him up for. Through it all, he took just as much care walking me through the last home as he did the first, looking over every detail. As my selling agent, Adam made what would have been a very complicated situation extremely easy. He worked to ensure the house was fully prepared for the sale, even going out of his way to find contractors for repairs, and securing items for their work. Through it all, his communication was top-notch, he always had a great attitude, and his knowledge of the industry was fully apparent.
