ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were recommended Adam by our mortgage broker and since then we could not have been any happier! Throughout the 4 months of our housing search, Adam was informative, patient with us as buyers, and by the end of the process able to help find us a listing which matched all of the needs! We appreciated Adam's honesty and conservative housing approach where he would assess what a house would resale for in a more traditional (non-Covid) market. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED I began working with Adam in May 2021 to search for a new home after having previously worked with a separate realtor whose approach left a bad taste in my mouth. The difference was night and day! Adam would proactively suggest different listings, rather than waiting for me to request a showing. He would also point out different red flags that I didn't notice when at listings, showing that he wasn't just trying to earn a commission check, he wanted me to find the perfect home. His knowledge of the area is extensive and he does a great deal of research in order to suggest the perfect purchasing price. He was always super easy to get a hold of and I trusted him implicitly throughout the buying process. He helped find me the perfect home that I was able to move into in August 2021. I would recommend Adam 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!

ZillowVERIFIED After working with Adam twice now, I'm not sure I can ever use any other real estate agent. He is incredibly well prepared to deal with this fast paced market and very familiar with Framingham and the surrounding area. As soon as we told him we were looking to move he immediately began sending us listings and setting up times to see properties. He is responsive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help out his clients. He never made me feel pressured to go above my budget and also made sure that we didn't settle for a house that wasn't exactly what we were looking for. He got us set up with an inspector, mortgage lender, and lawyer all of whom were awesome to work with. He has a seemingly endless network of contacts for both the buying process and home ownership needs after the fact. As much as my family and I love our new home we are eager to work with Adam again in the future.
