He also has a wonderful and experienced support team that's one of the best I've worked with to ensure the success and seamlessness of the process, and respove any issues. Our experience with John exceeded all our expectations. From the first day we worked with him to look for a home, he has consistently went above and beyond in every interaction to get us where we wanted to be. First off, he recommended an excellent mortgage lender, that ensured the loan pre-approval and application process was explained clearly to us, smooth, and timely so we know how much we can afford. John did his due diligence to understand our needs as far as the location, size, type and amenities of the home we're looking for. He was very communicatve and narrowed down the offerings on the market to fit our needs and means, he performed a market analysis for the neighborhoods we were interested in which provided great insight. He was upfront and honest with us about the conditions of the market and where it's projected to head. He helped us view homes we were liked, broke down the pros and cons, and made recommendations in a way that makes sense but never felt pushy or persuasive. He always kept an eye out for us and what we're looking for, even after business hours. When a property that fits our wants and needs came on the market one night, he reached out immediately and walked us through it, he was able to secure an opportunity for us to view it the next day. Thanks to his quick action and initiative, we were able to put an offer on the property and he was able to help us work through the negotiations and back and forth with the seller and their agent. He always weighted in with his valuable opinion as situations came up. He was present and thorough during the home inspection process and worked with the seller, their agent and got the issues successfully resolved to our comfort and satisfaction in a timely manner that exceeded all expectations. John was consistent until the very end of the process and when a last minute hiccup came up with the escrow, he intervened immediately in a professional manner and was able to work an agreement with all the involved parties that ensured our move in plans weren't altered.
