As a first-time homebuyer, I expected my agent to be more proactive, communicative, and supportive throughout the process. Instead, I often felt like I had to take the lead on things that should have been handled on my behalf. There was little guidance, minimal effort to advocate for me, and the overall experience felt impersonal. I truly wish there had been more initiative and genuine care during such an important milestone.

Great people, going above in anything that was asked of them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the market for real estate in Colorado! When dealing with Adam he's never lacking in the communication, honesty, and integrity, departments and when dealing with Real Estate and the agents in Northern Colorado that really does stand and make me feel comfortable in one of the largest purchases a family makes. Always made us feel comfortable and is a very approachable person if you feel you want something explained further or some insight into an area of the deal you don't totally understand.
