When I found the house I wanted he went the extra mile to make sure I got it. The whole process of making an offer, tweaking the offer, getting the documents signed and requesting the repairs I wanted went without a hitch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case, and it was entirely because of Adam's approachability and helpfulness! I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Adam was quick to answer with everything I could have wanted to know. He went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed about every part of the home-buying process, even when it wasn't necessarily his job to do so. ZillowVERIFIED Adam did an amazing job selling our home in Shasta Lake, CA that was on the literal verge of foreclosure. We had listed our home for 4 months with another agent without success then tried working with an investor to sell it and that fell through. By then my husband and I had moved to Phoenix, AZ and basically accepted that our house that we spent time and money updating to put on the market would be foreclosed on. Adam contacted me to show our house to his client who happened to see it on Zillow. They weren't interested in it but I reached back out to Adam and asked if he wanted to give it one last shot and try and sell before it was auctioned off. Adam pulled it off! We had maybe 3-4 weeks total and he made it happen. He brought the buyer and saved us from foreclosure. He's a very hard working and honest agent. Adam kept us updated on everything and made the process easy even though we were in different states. He worked a miracle with the sale of our house. Thank you Adam!!
