Hello, I'm Adam Schroeder, a Californian turned New Yorker turned Denverite! I have spent most of my 20's working all over the United States as an actor, and after earning a Master's degree in Acting I planted myself in NYC where I practiced real estate for 4 years. Real estate is a brilliant parallel career that allows me the flexibility to pursue artistic endeavours while maintaining a full-time business. While practicing real estate in NYC I worked on hundreds of rentals for private landlords and clients all over the 5 boroughs. I sold several homes in the Manhattan market and assisted buyers in several different types of transactions. Recently, on the prowl for a better quality of life and ready-access to nature, I found myself moving to Denver, and it seems like I'm not the only one, CO has become one of the most moved-to states in the country. Like many of those people who have discovered how exceptional living in Denver can be, I too love the mountains and great craft beer; I enjoy national parks and outdoor adventures of all kinds. I'm incredibly excited to relocate my artistic career and real estate business here to Denver and 1858 Real Estate. My passion for excellent neighborhoods and quality homes has served me very well in this business, but I have discovered a little secret, and that secret is that at the heart of this business is helping people with one of the hardest decisions they will make in their lives. I love a good challenge and I especially love helping people so this career has been a wonderful addition to my artistic life.
