ZillowVERIFIED contacted Adam as a result of a mailing about property in the Zunis. I was at a place where I wanted to sell as I was moving out of state. Emailed a couple of times, signed and agreement after consulting on price, and listed the property. I figured it would take a while as it's fairly remote but had an offer and was sold in less than a month. Adam was easy to work with as was the title company he recommended.

Living in a different state and relying on someone you can trust makes all the difference in the world and Adam accomplished that for me! He listened and only complied with my wishes! With that result my land is sold the money is in my pocket and relieved of something that I should have never done in the first place! I was going crazy trying to sell that property for awhile before Adam took it for me as no one wanted to do it! We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Even if you have friends who are realtors (we had to family friends we didn't feel were capable or willing to get us what we wanted), I would recommend going with Adam. Adam is the best realtor I have met in the Albuquerque area.

He showed me homes within the low end of my budget before we proceeded to the mid and high end of my budget.
