ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped us sell our home in 48 hours with multiple offers. While our home was in great condition and well priced it was based on Adam s advice of how to stage and what repairs to make. Adam is very easy to contact at any time and any day.

ZillowVERIFIED We can t speak highly enough of our experience with ADAM NOSS. It s our first time selling a home and Adam made it very easy for us. From day one he explained how selling works and guided us step by step on what we needed to do to prepare our home. He went above and beyond, he had a professional photographer come over at no cost to us. Adam is more than a realtor he is our new friend. We most definitely will recommend ADAM NOSS to anyone out there who is selling or wanting to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam helped us sell our first home in Fort Worth. I chose Adam over other realtors because he responded promptly to my texts and answered a myriad of questions coming from a first time home seller. He made the process as easy as it can be. We had issues on the buyers end, but assured us throughout that it will all work in the end. Adam also negotiated the sale price of our home excellently. I believe we got a fair price for what we were offering. He recommended pricing strategies right before we listed our home. Our pricing was just right and our home was staged and photographed well, which led us to get an offer within a couple of weeks. On the buying front, Adam is helping us build our next home. He was there through the signing process, ensuring that all questions are answered and that we are not signing to anything were not comfortable with. We highly recommend Adam and his team for all your home buying and selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED To whom it may concern - Due to an impending move to Germany from Fort Worth, I needed to retain an estate agent. I interviewed four agencies including Adam Noss, and his agency was selected. Adam easily had the winning solution to prepare my home for sale, marketing my home including social media and a winning professionalism that made their approach stand out. I received five (5) offers in the first three days due to their marketing and promotion efforts for which four were cash offers, all at or above asking. We went under contract on day four. We closed 30 days later with ease due to Adam s team and I garnered $30,000 - $35,000 more on the home than the other agencies stated they could sell my house for. I highly recommend BestLifeNetwork, Adam Noss and team.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with Adam Noss. He showed us at least 30 houses before we found the one for us. He never made us feel as though we were being difficult and guided us away from ones that he knew we wouldnt like. After helping us find our home, he turned around and sold our house within a week! We would highly recommend Adam for all real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam seemed to be very in tune with the DFW market. Everything moved so fast, but it always seemed that he was one step ahead. He is very organized. He responded to every text, email, and phone call very professionally and promptly no matter the day or time. He is a realtor that is aggressive with the other parties in a real estate transaction when needed, but is able to treat certain subjects with the up most finesse when it is called for. Anyone can get a state license to sale real estate, and the DFW area is full of them, but Adam Noss is a true professional realtor. I would highly recommend Adam for any purchase or sale of real estate and I will for sure use him again should the occasion arise.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Adam for my first home purchase and he was great! Adam came recommended to me by my mother and sister, who also had Adam as their realtor. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a home and was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and helped me make decisions that led me to my new home. Great, great guy and I would definitely work with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state and was interested in buying a house in DFW area. I was looking at a HUD website and reached out a bunch of realtors around Xmas time. I was impressed when Adam was the first to respond in less than a day during the holidays. Adam was easily reachable as we communicated seamlessly through phone, texts and emails. He sent me signing docs very fast and submitted bids on my behalf equally as fast. Any question I had he took time to answer! He went to a handful of properties for me within a really short compressed time and sent me pics, addressed my concerns and did all that he could to assist me in the buying process. I totally recommend Adam as he will go above and beyond to find a house you like. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam was great as our sellers agent. Very professional and came prepared with information to answer all our questions about listing and how the transactions would go. He was always pleasant and followed up on all requests. He returned all emails and texts immediately. He was great about meeting all our repair persons and kept us informed about everything going on with the buyer and her agent. I will be using him in the next year to sell my parents home as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is currently helping us look for a home and has made the process easier than expected. This process is stressful but he makes it smooth, understandable without pressure. He always answers questions in a timely manner and helps brainstorm ways to close a deal. He seems to want what is best for the client and has steered us away from houses that had red flags we didnt recognize. Id recommend him in a heartbeat.
