I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my home through Adam Monroe Real Estate, and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service I received from my agents, Kevin and Adam. From the very first meeting, they went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kevin and Adam's in-depth knowledge of the local market and keen eye for detail helped me find the perfect property that checked all the boxes. Both gentlemen were equally impressive, ensuring that every step of the transaction, from negotiation to closing, was handled professionally and efficiently. Their communication was clear, timely, and transparent throughout, which really put me at ease. What truly set them apart, however, was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were always available to answer questions, offer expert advice, and provide the guidance I needed, no matter how big or small the concern. Its rare to find such a dedicated team, and I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and support. Thanks to Kevin and Adam, we now have our dream home. If youre looking for a real estate company that puts clients first and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Adam Monroe Real Estate. They made what can be a stressful experience a truly enjoyable one.

Our experience working with Adam and his associate Aaron was everything we could have hoped for. They were so on top of things, and did everything they could to help us navigate our first selling experience. It was a tough one, but they got us through! Ill never recommend any other company after seeing the market knowledge and work ethic Adam and his associates had.

Had a great time with Adam. I was out of state and he went to all the locations I was interested in. Adam made videos and sent me links to view the houses. I finally got the house i wanted and we negotiated a great price. I will happily refer Adam to my friends in the future.

Adam came prepared on day one on time, with comps and with advice on the best way to approach selling or renting options. The photographers on his team were professional and captured the beauty of our home for the listing. Adam was very flexible and worked with out tight timeline. Throughout the process he provided clear advice at each step. During the closing phase, we appreciated his expert opinion and timely communication, keeping us up to date thoughout the whole process.

As first time home buyers, we could not have had a better team to work with. Adam and his team went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. From teaching us what to look for and to avoid, to meeting us over an hour away to look in the boonies. They made the daunting task of buying a home into a wonderful experience. If we could leave more stars, we would. You can't ask for a better team than Adam Monroe Real Estate. Thanks guys!

Absolutely the best realtor weve ever worked with! We came to Adam originally wanting to rent our house in order to find something bigger for our growing family. He entertained our crazy idea and started helping us look for a new house even though we werent 100% sold on actually going through with the move. Not only did he find us the PERFECT house but we also decided to sell our previous house at the same time. Adam went above and beyond every step of the way- from a full 3D tour of our listing to answering every dumb question we could think of. I literally cannot say enough good things about Adam!! I would recommend him to anyone and we will definitely be using him for any future real estate needs!

When we first thought about selling we contacted Adam to come look at our place and recommend what we should do to add value. Then when it came time to sell he walked us through the process and was up front and honest the whole time. Adam is one of the few realtors in Great Falls that will bring value to your house when you are selling. His expertise and ability to use technology not only got us under contract the first day but also sold our house for above asking price. This would not have been accomplished without his 3D walk through pictures and his advise to us on updates and fixes to our house.Adam's best value though is his ability to be patient and work with you on finding your next house. He not only dealt with us changing locations mid search but he also went above and beyond when we found a place an hour away from Great Falls. He made the whole process easy and made sure we were informed all the way.We are so grateful for him and his effort to bless our lives. You will not find a better Real Estate Agent whether you are buying or selling. Contact Adam today!

We could not have asked for a better selling and buying experience. Adam gave us great advise on things we could do to get our home ready to sell and through out the whole selling process. He also listened to what we were looking for in a new home, and found us what we were looking for. He did a fantastic job working with the other realtors and made sure that our best interests were taken care of. I would only recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell or buy. He truly did an amazing job.
