Raji was a great person to be able to work with. Me and my family had months trying to find a bigger place where to live but the apartment applications would get rejected. When we gave up on apartment hunting for a bit we thought of the opportunity of buy a manufactured home instead of renting, at some point while looking at manufactured homes in our area we contacted a agent on Zillow and I'm so grateful that it was Raji. If it wasn't for Raji we wouldn't been able to buy because throughout the process there was a lot of delays and if she was someone else they would have given up on us, and she was persistent. I totally recommend Raji as your realtor agent for your next rental or purchase. In the future if we plan on buying another house we would contact Raji to be our agent again. Raji was a blessing for me. I had just gone through an awful divorce and needed to find a place to live for my daughter and me. I felt utterly lost and confused trying to find a suitable new home to rent for my daughter and me. Raji stepped and helped me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my difficult situation. She was familiar with the Bay Area; she took the time to understand what I was looking for. She came back with some properties for me to look at. Every property she shared with me matched everything I was looking for, and she also included some other properties I might not have considered. She would plan my Saturdays and Sundays with properties to look at. She was extremely patient and did not try to get me to settle for anything I was not interested in. She went out of her way to research the properties she was showing me. If I found other properties, Raji would reach out and set up times for me to do a walk-through. Once I found properties I was interested in, Raji would reach out to the landlords, owners, and property managers and help me through the application process. Raji constantly went above and beyond to help me find my new rental. I felt that Raji genuinely cared about my situation and took an interest in helping me make a happy decision. Once I signed my lease, Raji was very helpful in setting me up with my utilities and addressing any other questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Raji to anyone seeking a genuine agent who has your best interests in mind. I will contact Raji again when I want to find a new place or make my first home purchase in the future.
