We first found Adam via his informative Maui Mondays videos from their Nine-Times Network on YouTube. He reminded us why we wanted to move back to Hawaii in the first place; we have missed the slower pace of old Hawaii which can still be found in Wailea. Jessica and Adam helped us through every step of this complicated process through emails, texts, and phone calls. They assisted us with the inspections, appraisals, and walk-throughs, and gave us video tours which were invaluable for purchasing a home from the mainland. Their knowledge of the local real estate scene was essential in guiding us with making the correct offer to our sellers which ultimately secured us the winning bid in this tight market. Jessica and Adam make a great team; she is organized and detail-oriented and he is able to present the bigger picture in a way that gives you confidence that you are receiving the best guidance possible in the home buying process. Despite the distances, this team patiently guided both of us through each step. Selling a home is often a stressful, and they were wonderful in comforting my mother and addressing her concerns. We had not one, but three challenges pop up. Neither Adam nor Jessica were phased. They simply plowed through each time until the home was sold. ZillowVERIFIED Adam Miller has tremendous patience. When I know I was stressed by the whole moving process, he would say just keep breathing. I made his life harder by choosing first a bank foreclosure, and then deciding to buy a fannie mae home. He tried very hard to protect my rights and keep me informed about how hard it is to buy from the government. He very subtly pushed me to list my house, because he knew that was what I really needed to do. He found a buyer quickly, and did everything I asked. He was never a high pressure salesman, offered good advice, and got me a fair deal. This was my 10th move in 52 years. I feel very qualified to recognize the good realtors from the bad. And now he really is experienced with all the nuances of gov't paperwork. Thanks Adam. My new place is quickly becoming home.
